Get ready for sun and shine as Alola comes to Pokemon GO!
Niantic has announced that Pokemon who have Alolan Forms will soon be found in Pokemon GO. It sounds as if the sun from Summer is going to make several Pokemon unleash their new tropical forms from the Alola Region.
Alolan Forms were introduce in the Generation 7 games from Pokemon Sun and Moon. These forms were given to some Pokemon from the Kanto region as a way to adapt to the Alolan environment.
The Alolan Forms will be a new twist to some of the classic Pokemon that we have seen in Pokemon GO. There is no word as in how you will find or acquire the Alolan Forms for these Pokemon. Niantic have said that they will reveal more information about Alolan Forms in a few weeks.
Some Pokemon with Alolan Forms include: Raichu, Exeggcutor, Vulpix, Diglet and many more.
