As we all know, Pokémon had a big year in 2016, which was spent by celebrating the 20th anniversary of the series’ release. To celebrate, Pokémon got some of their celebrity fans to talk about their experiences with the series. Comedian Brian Gaar, singer Jordin Sparks, Rock band 5 Seconds Of Summer and more are included in the promotion, all whose videos have been compiled in a playlist that you can see below
A personal favorite is from actor Andy Mientus, notable in his roles in The Flash as The Pied Piper, and in Broadway shows such as Spring Awakening and the recent revival of Les Miserables. Mientus takes time to show us his old copy of the original Pokémon Silver for the Gameboy Color.
