Also in the Nintendo Direct this morning, Nintendo have revealed Wave Four of the Amiibo series. It will include Robin, Lucina, Wario, Pac-Man, Ness and Charizard. This set will be released in Spring (Northern Hemisphere)/Autumn (Southern Hemisphere) 2015.
Also revealed were the European and North American release dates for the New Nintendo 3DS, which has already been released in Japan and Australia. North America will get the New Nintendo 3DS XL in New Red and New Black, while Europe will get the New Nintendo 3DS XL in Metallic Blue and Metallic Black and the New Nintendo 3DS in White and Black. They will be released on Feburary 13th. It is unknown whether the smaller size New Nintendo 3DS will be available in North America.
Finally, a Nintendo Anime Channel has been revealed for Europe. The free app will be available to download to Nintendo 3DS systems on February 13th and provide access to series such as Pokemon, Inazuma Eleven and Kirby.
