If you don't know the Hurt N' Heal rules, here they are:
You might be wondering, "What is a Hurt N' Heal Tournament?" I'll explain!Basically, there are two steps: 1. Take the number of the Pokemon you like, and add one to it. 2. Take the number of the Pokemon you don't like, and subtract one from it.
There will be 10 groups with different Pokemon. We start by looking at the Pokemon in group number one, and hurting/healing Pokemon in that group. The last Pokemon in that group will move on to the next round. Then, we look at the Pokemon in group number two, and hurt/heal them. The last Pokemon in the group will also move on to the next round. We go through all the groups to get a winner. When we have a winner in each group, we look at the winners and start hurting/healing them. The last Pokemon standing is the winner of the tournament! Got that? If you don't, that's okay. Just copy and paste the Pokemon and their points from the previous poster and hurt/heal them.
Also, if you say that there are too many Hurt N' Heal gameslike I didHKim AND Apollo said it was okay.
