Hi, Jancine! ^-^ I know we aren't well acquainted, but I was wondering if we could talk, ya know, ghost-type to ghost-type...

Interview Rapport: POSITIVE

You introduce yourself to Jancine the Froslass as she's heading home from work, and to you, she seems like the casual, laid-back, and seductive type. She seems pleased to meet a fellow ghost type such as yourself.

"Hello there," she smiles with a wink. "You don't seem familiar, but it's nice to meet you, Xanthe."

She nods when you inquire about Pokémon acting strangely. It seems that despite her laid-back and casual aura, there's been something pecking at her mind lately.

"'Weirdly,'" Jancine nods when you mention that word. "Yeah, quite a few Pokémon in this town act really bizarre. See, I work as a waitress at the Silver Moon, and trust me, when you work in a place like that... let's just say you meet a lot of weird people saying weird things. But it isn't so much inside the restaurant as it is some of the things going on outside of it."

She then looks toward The Silver Arch Hotel and Casino.

"Yeah... that place." Jancine tells you with a bit of a distaste in her voice. "The Silver Arch. I hate that place. Something about it just reeks. Listen, I'm no private eye and already a few of the Pokémon that have been trying to get to the bottom of these 'Stalkers' have gotten themselves killed. You look like you can handle yourself, Xanthe, so maybe look into it when you get a moment. They wouldn't suspect anything out of you, but me... let's just say that place and I have a bit of a history and it's not pretty."

"Hopefully you can get to the bottom of this mess," Jancine tells you with a reassuring smile. "Good luck out there, sis."

Upon arriving before The Silver Arch Hotel and Casino, you get an unsettling feeling about this place. While the building seems to be in good condition, you can't help but feel there's something out of place and that there may dark secrets here. During the day, it seems things are quiet and that this place gets most of its activity from its nightlife.

After checking around the perimeter, something stands out in one of the slits behind the stone wall around the back. Upon taking a closer look, you slide the object away from the wall, and it appears it wasn't meant to be there to begin with. Upon closer inspection, it appears to be a coin-like metallic object in the shape of a black, feathered wing.

Item: [Black Wing Piece] has been added to the Team Inventory.

With the exterior of the building searched, you head inside and make your search around the hotel lobby and gambling hall. While the inside seems to be in good and respectable condition, there seems to be a side area around the office area that stands out to you. Something about the plaster wall looks like it was disturbed recently, and when you take a closer look, it appears there are numbers scrawled around the area, probably with a pencil. A piece of paper is tucked away there, and when you pull it out and unfold it, something else is revealed...

Search #10 Sleepy Valley apartments

Upon arriving at the Sleepy Valley Apartment building, you already get the feeling that the owner, Gloan, must be pretty wealthy to own such a large place to rent out to so many Pokémon. The grounds aren't anything particularly special in terms of conditions, but you are already certain it's definitely not the worst building in town. But you get the feeling Gloan must not be the most pleasant landlord to have to deal with.

After inspecting the exterior of the building, you find several areas that Gloan, or whoever he must have hired to maintain the property, has neglected for quite a while. One area in particular around the outside looks like it was neglected for a while until only recently. It almost looks like someone has been here recently, and when you look around, you find all kinds of ripped-up pieces of paper. You gather them up...

You then head inside the apartment building and search the interior. Most of the tenants have left for the day, but you do get the following details:

Rodan, the Combusken, appears to be a chef. There is a delivery by his door for cooking supplies and equipment. His apartment, however, is locked.

Meanwhile, there's a note on Nashelle the Swellow's door:

"Hey, Kile, if you're reading this, I'm going to be late tonight. Stupid Fletcher wants me working a double shift. I'll come to your place as soon as it's done. Love you, sweetcakes!"

The rest of the doors seems to be locked and don't offer any insight. You proceed to check the lower levels, which appear to have been neglected for a long time, if not years. You come across one basement door that appears to have been unused for quite a few years. You take a closer look to see there is a keyhole with a heart emblem. Meanwhile, there are two vacant spaces that need to be filled with some wing-shaped object.

Below it all, there is an inscription.

"Only those special enough to secure my soul will pass through these gates."

Locked Door {Abandoned Basement Door, Keyhole with Heart Emblem, Missing Right Wing, Missing Left Wing} has been noted in the Team reports.

Despite all that has happened recently, the Town Hall of Serenity Town seems to still remain unshaken by the recent events, at least for now. It appears Mayor Pashner has been trying to keep order despite the calamities. In the meantime, you get the sense that the building is very old, but has been maintained well throughout Serenity Town's existence.

The outside of the building doesn't appear to have anything out of place. It doesn't look like anything was recently disturbed from what you can tell.

The interior also seems to be in good shape with respect to the age and original wood construction of the building. It definitely doesn't look like anything nefarious has happened here recently.

Inside, it appears someone has hidden something behind one of the seats meant for larger, fully evolved Pokémon. It appears to be something even Mayor Pashner has not seen yet, but as you slide out the metallic object, you see that it's a key of sorts.
