Suicune's Fire has been promoted to Senior Admin!

Over the last few years you will have seen how hard Xanthe has worked on the forum! She is always behind the scenes, coming up with fun ideas and offering to help out. Without her constant enthusiasm and support, a lot of the fun events we've all enjoyed would never have worked so successfully. She has also been there to help with difficult decisions, to support the staff in their projects and to keep us all positive! I know I can always rely on her when I need something done.

You will also have seen her posting constantly around the forum, encouraging others and being her wonderful, friendly self. Xanthe has an amazing personality which really embodies what we want PXR to be. A second home and a big family!

Because of all these things, Harry and I have decided to promote Xanthe to a Senior Administrator position, which makes her my second-in-charge of the forum! To be fair, Xanthe has already filled this position for at least the last year, so at this point it is more of a formality. But it does give her a few more admin powers, and also means she can step up when I'm busy or away and keep the forum running, as she's done plenty of times!

So please join me in thanking Xanthe for all of her hard work, and in congratulating her on this well-deserved promotion. I think it's important for us to have a strong admin team so that we don't have to rely too much on one person to handle everything. This is especially important as I get busier with real life commitments. This year, we are working hard on building up our staff team to be strong and self-sufficient. This is the first step of many that will make PXR stronger in the long term, and secure our future!

So congratulations @Suicune's Fire on this very deserved promotion! We love you!
