Don't we all just misplace things from time to time? What are some of the popular things you constantly misplace and where do you end up finding them? Do you find yourself misplacing things often or very rarely? What's the worst thing you've misplaced at the worst possible time???

Car keys. Locked in the car itself. Double doh.

Thankfully a friend was around to call AAA. It was a bit embarrassing, but thankfully that's all it was.

I'll go ahead and answer my own question xD

I misplace things all the time! I will literally place it down and two seconds later I forgot where I put it!! I am also very infamously known to have what I am looking for in my hand and saying "I can't find it."

The worst thing I lost were my car keys and I was late to prom... which I was in charge of setting up. Let's just say my adviser was not very happy with me!

I'll misplace things and can't ever find them when I look for them and they ALWAYS show up when I don't look for them.

OH my gosh, YES!! This is the worst thing in the entire world. I will be completely freaking out and as soon as I stop looking for whatever it is I misplaced... IT SHOWS UP!

I love how you impulsively check pockets like hundreds of times as you're looking for something, as if on the 87th time it'll just magically appear in there again. XD

So Xanthe got me a mouse like some time within the past few months so I could use it to game and the other day I took the USB port thing out to plug it into my computer and dropped it and to this day I have not been able to find it. I swear that thing disappeared into the void or something because it is nowhere to be found. Had to get a new mouse and everything.

I somehow don't tend to lose things that often which is amazing. XD I often put my phone down somewhere and can't find it (and it's always on silent). But it usually turns up if I retrace my steps. I do lose stuff like hair-ties though. I have no idea where they go but there must be a collection of them somewhere. :/
