My favorite electric type is probably either Shinx or Joltik.

Shinx's apppeal mostly stems from its cuteness and it is a bluuuuueeee cat. I love cat pokemon

And Joltik is just adorable and I can just see it scuttling around happily.

I like Jolteon. Not only does it run fast, but it also draws and asks us every day for our opinions on its fellow Pokemon.

It changes quite frequently but I probably like Luxray the best with Manectric, Ampharos, and Raichu as equal contenders.
