It's less of a preference and more an inability to function if it's below 65 degrees.

Really? 65? I mean I can kind of understand anything below freezing.
I'm usually good until it hits around 90F. Then it's hot, hazy, humid, and just brutal.

It's below 65 in the lab I have to work in all day every day. =) It's freezing and miserable. We have sweaters, blankets, gloves, hats, etc. Best part is coming in from the 100 degree outdoor temperature. It's cold in here to keep the servers and computers from overheating as often.

Yeah, below 65 degrees. My preference is around 70 or 75. I only start to overheat when it gets above like 105 like when it did on Fourth of July this past year. Granted in computer labs and stuff it's easy to layer up but that doesn't help much. The previous office I worked in kept it about 52 and I was dyingggg. The difference between that office and this one I'm in now is that we aren't allowed to bring in heaters or layer up or anything because it's not business appropriate.

I've heard that's how it's like in most restaurants. The ACs are very unreliable apparently.

I've noticed that some places have the AC just right. Other places feel like Antarctica. Especially this one grocery store near me.
We went to Houlihans tonight and it was definitely a bit on the chilly side. One party even requested to eat outside after getting a taste of how cold it was inside!
