I mean yeah, there were special athletic glasses available for playing sports, but they weren't worth all the extra money unless you were deeply involved with a competitive sport. I wouldn't get a pair of them just for gym class once a week. And gym was the kind of class where as long as you showed up and stayed the whole time, you got an A.

I don't remember what brand it was, but if I did, I'd say stay away from it. XD

The funny thing is I'm not even all that big into wearing sunglasses now, either. I don't keep them with me unless I know I'm going to be out in the sun for a while, such as going to the beach or doing some outside activity. Those and sunscreen kind of go hand in hand where I wouldn't put either of them on if I'm only going to be out in the sun for maybe ten minutes, tops. But if it's going to be for a few hours, then yep, don't want to be burned and blinded the whole time. XD

I use my sunglasses as a headband more than as actual sunglasses.

I'm more likely to use a baseball hat. It's good because I keep my hair short, so I don't want to get burns on my head.

I can't even wear sunglasses. Have to wear my glasses to drive and walking around would be challenging in unfamiliar places without my glasses.

Panama Jack is the only sunglasses brand i use. Though to be fair, all sunglasses are the same as ones at the dollar store, except for tint. The only difference is tint and frame. The Glasses "shadow" company is an evil malicious bastard and overcharges for name brands.

Yeah, you don't need to spend big bucks on sunglasses. Heck, there are places that give cheap plastic out for free as promotions and they work just fine.

Perk of wearing makeup, my foundation comes with SPF so I don't need a baseball cap. Plus I can't wear baseball caps to work that's not professional. The current pair I wear I found lying around in a parking lot but the most I've ever spent is like $8 for some aviator shades.

Most valuable item I've found just lying around forgotten about was a scientific calculator. Still works to this day!
