Or like nuzlocke modes or something too since Pokemon Insurgence actually came with a bunch of settings to implement challenge modes sorta.

Black and White sorta did, but it wasn’t polished. Plus they didn’t keep it. If they can refine it and make a legit Hard Mode or more. Maaaaaaan that would be awesome!

Yeah exactly like what BW and BW2 tried to do but kinda failed at.

Yeah having to unlock the Mode by buying the other game (Black specifically for hard mode). It made things....quite complicated. From what I hear it wasn’t really all that much harder.

A specific challenge mode sounds like it could totally work out right.

Yeah on top of being restricted to only Black 2 and White 2, you could only change the game to hard or easy mode if you had completed the games first anyway. Then for hard mode it was like 5 level higher, additional pokemon, new movesets, different items, and slightly smarter AI but like you said I've heard it wasn't hard.

Pretty much. I mean it wouldn't have to be mandatory, but they could at least have the feature. It would help give something to the older and dedicated fans. Cause Nintendo has sure noticed just how many older fans enjoy games like Pokemon lately. It's not just for kids.

I saw a video on Youtube recently where Japaense people reacted to the Detective Pikachu trailer. The were surprised how it looks and think it's really set more to an older audience....and yeah. It really is!

Yeah they definitely have taken notice recently which is why I think they'll be doing some more stuff catered towards older fans in the future.

They already have gone beyond that and tried with Detective Pikachu. It was different. I can imagine that was something to it in the gen 8 trailer too. There will try new things and more reason to with a totally new console. But wait....just IMAGINE how that could be with Mystery Dungeon.

I mean I actually heard there was a game being censored recently due to backlash on a quest in-game. All consoles except the Switch. Which is VERY odd. Nintendo is usually the censor heavy type.
