I never really got into it. Have a whole bunch of premade decks and cards... nothing ever gets played though

I used to play with the physical cards, but the only person I played against was my brother. Stopped for a while, then played the online TCG, and then eventually stopped that as well. It's fun for a little while but the reliance on luck is pretty heavy.

EX, GX, and now even Tag Team Pokemon (like Pikachu and Zekrom at once). All types of cards now part of the TCG. It's becoming like YuGiOh. Too complicated. I only used to collect the cards long ago. Then I tried playing the TCG online. Got bored of it. I'd go back if I had more people my level to play with.

So you'll never guess what just happened.

Bulbasaur, Dragon Master Mike, Suicune's Fire, and myself just had a real life meetup. It was epic, but man, time flew by so fast. I never thought I'd get the chance to meet Xanthe in person with her being in Australia, but I'm glad I did as she's visiting the US. She's such a cool, fun, and friendly person to hang out with.

Meeting online friends is a ton of fun. I met one of my in Disney world last year. I’m hoping to meet another for spring break next year.

What is it about Disney? XD that's exactly where I met my first friend from online. Though he was on his job at The House of Blues when I did. So it's not like we could hang out very long. One day I hope to meet one of you guys though...all of you would be nice, but that would be hard to setup and work out.
