July Community Day Reveal!

Hot Summer days mean plenty of time to cool down with some water!
That is because we now know our July Community Day special Pokemon! It is going to be Mudkip!
Niantic has revealed the date for our July Community Day and featured Pokemon. The next day for Pokemon GO Community Day will be on Sunday, July 21st, 2019 and will feature Mudkip.
The event will run from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM in your respective timezone on Sunday, July 21st. It was also reveal that the special bonus will be 3× Catch XP along side three hour Lures. Full details for the event can be found by clicking here.
There will be also plenty of Mudkip for trainers to capture. This will give trainers the chance to catch Shiny Mudkip and evolve them into Swampert. There has not been an announcement on what will be the exclusive move will be but most likely be Hydro Cannon. The exclusive Water type move that Water Starters can learn.

I don't see why they have to globally move the times. The Southern hemisphere is in the middle of winter. No one wants to go out and catch Pokemon after 4pm... It gets dark just after 5 xD For me it would be better to have 1-4 or something. They should have different times based on the hemisphere at least!
