You take the Starhail Staff from the cabinet, and immediately upon placing your paws on the shaft, it feels as though a surge of holy, unending energy flows through you. You now feel as it you could run endlessly, never tiring, never feeling winded, for days, weeks, possibly even lifetimes.

Desire almost makes you want to hold onto it forever, but wisdom tells you to carry on and complete the task at hand. You take the staff with you to your bed, and as before with many other Utopian relics, you sit down, put yourself at ease, and gently hold the relic in your paws before you. You concentrate, allowing yourself to drift into dreams and visions.

    Show me...

And the dreamlike realm opens before you, taking you, guiding you as you float and fly through the morning skies.

As you are guided by the vision, you find yourself heading toward the center of Salvage Keep, toward the Invisible Drifter, surprisingly a store that the Emissaries have shopped at many times before. However, there is one relic there that seems to have gone untouched... unnoticed...

In a small wooden bin, you see what appears to be a mysterious crystal that gives off a warm, comforting, and celestial like presence. While many of the other relics were in dark, confined locations, this one lies waiting out in the open... just one transaction away...

    The Ancient Relic...

Like the Mystical Crystal that was obtained a short time ago, this too, you realize, is a critical ingredient to whatever the Sin Purge ritual involves...

There's not much time left, Lita... go there...

And then you awaken, wiser and more enlightened than you were before...

ShadowBolt has avoided the followers of the Abyss...

Taking $200SP$ from the team bank, you then head out to track down Sansheel. This morning, you find him about to take off and head into town as he has already unloaded his catch of fresh fish from very early this morning and is about to head out to do some shopping errands now that his shift is over. However, you catch him before he heads into town, and you challenge the tadpole Pokémon to a match right on the shoreline.

"You?" he asks, looking at your wager. "That confident, huh? Well, one of these that's about to be a big mistake. Hell, why not make it today?"

You then tell him you want to also battle for the [Angel's Dawn], but he shakes his head.

"No way, squirt, don't get too ahead of yourself," he tells you. "Only the splinters. To me, those are easily replaceable. That, not so much and I need it for something else. So let's see what you're made of, huh."

    FRIENDLY BATTLE!
    For your battle audio pleasure

Sansheel, Medium, Water type. 10HP, 30% dodge rate, 1d4 attack die. 90 Speed.
DracoBolt, Small, Electric type. 8HP, 40% dodge, 1d2. 135 Speed.

    DracoBolt strikes first!

    FIGHT!

Charging into the fray, you try to compensate for the muddy, uneven terrain of the shoreline. The clay slows you down a bit, but you still manage to charge in quickly before the tadpole Pokémon can land a punch on you.

DracoBolt rolls 50%, hit! 2 points of damage, doubled (Electric vs Water) = 4.
    Sansheel: 6HP Remaining.

Your electric-infused charge hits Sansheel head-on, causing him to recoil from the blow. However, there's still plenty of fight in him, and in heated reprisal, he attempts to shoot you down with a blast from his water gun attack.

Sansheel rolls 78%, hit! 2 points of damage!
    DracoBolt: 6HP Remaining.

The blast of water hits you in the side of the face, leaving you soaked and dripping wet. Combining this with the mud, you're definitely going to need a bath after this.

Sansheel has his eyes on you, but you try to use your speed to overtake his vigilance and when you feel the time is right, your red cheeks sparkle with electricity, and you unleash a furious thunderbolt toward his direction.

DracoBolt rolls 50%, hit! 2 points of damage, doubled (Electric vs Water) = 4.
    Sansheel: 2HP Remaining.

The strike hits furiously, and for Sansheel, there's nowhere to run. He looks a bit dazed, not expecting your attacks to be so accurate. He then makes his move, and then once you're in his sights, he unleashes a bubble beam, unleashing a barrage of exploding bubbles in your direction.

Sansheel rolls 61%, hit! 3 points of damage!
    DracoBolt: 3HP Remaining.

They overwhelm you before you get the chance to sprint away. The pain is crippling and exhausting, but once the barrage is over, your eyes land on Sansheel again, and now you've got this once chance to finish it.

Cheeks flaring and burning with electricity, you sprint toward the tadpole Pokémon and prepare to volt tackle him straight on in his chest swirl pattern.

DracoBolt rolls 41%, hit! 1 point of damage, doubled (Electric vs Water) = 2.
    Sansheel: 0HP Remaining.

He almost dodges out of the way, but you clip him in the side and the electric discharge is just enough to take him out.

    DRACOBOLT WINS!

"Dammit," he spits, looking tired and frustrated.

Grumbling, Sansheel reaches into his pouch and pulls out his share of the wager money. But he sure doesn't look too happy doing it.

$1000SP$ has been added to DracoBolt's personal inventory.

"Yeah, enjoy that, squirt," he sucks his teeth at you. "You're going to need that more than I will. Consider yourself lucky I have plenty to spare."

You take your winnings and then head back to base. While you didn't get the Angel's Dawn, you figure the nice sum of money will be useful.

With the newest revelations, scouring the remaining locations is a high priority. On that note, I shall search the huts near Yellowback Lake. They seem as likely a place as any to hide information or artifacts.

I'll Escort Kaskin to 22, the mercenary guild, and blow his mind: following the same steps as before, I'll head him to the Fetid Tunnel and ask him to help look it over.
    Change my stance to Flee.
(May edit later, for fluff, not substance.)

"Not to sound paranoid ...but if we're going to be attacked, I've made quite a big scene in town lately, and I'm certainly not blending in. If they come after me, I will give them an ass kicking and ask who sent them!"
    Switch stance to FIGHT

Lillian will take the obsidian dagger back from the team inventory, equip it, take the last enigma berry left in the team inventory to eat as breakfast. She heads outside the emissary HQ with a big basket of things to take to market.

"There is no point having a million items we cant use or must waste time forging into not-very-useful equipment, while we are gonna start being on the precipice of death every day! Let's use berries to stay safe from everything!" She tells herself, trying to stay upbeat. It was time for some retail therapy.

    Shopping time!!

    SELL
10x padded strips (sells for about 10sp so it's about 100sp)

1x rainbow gem (sells for about 350sp)
1x yellow gem (sells for about 250sp)
1x orange gem (sells for about 250sp)
1x red gem (sells for about 250sp)

    BUY
    5x enigma berry (at 100sp each, that's 500sp)

Lillian quickly drops off all the money she made and all the enigma berries she bought back into team storage, trying to leave herself with 400sp left in her own personal pocket.
"There, that should help the team when the night falls."

She will go to investigate the recent murder of Krenta as a free action, confused about how a ghost pokemon could even possibly die!

She will go to Timpani the Kirlia.
Give Timpani the care package from Kaskin
Briefly mention the comedy show coming up
(Neither of those mention we have to interview the pokemon to do them, so I'm going to assume I can interact in another way instead)
Lillian also plonks down 200sp to do a friendly battle.
"You're one of the town guard, right? If there was an arrest, could we trust you're strong enough to do it? Let's do a friendly battle to test! You can probably save for equipment upgrades if you win my money?"

    EDIT:
After hearing about Litas revelation, and noticing some emissaries not return home, Lillian will nervously consume her adrenalin orb and go talk to Yasha, using diplomacy, of course.
"We have the staff, we've cleansed the ground, we decoded the blessing. The pokemon of stars and light have come down and told us we need to go to you, Yasha. Please, guide us through the sin purge ritual. If nothing else, show us how to destroy these wretched phylacteries!"
She will show Yasha all the utopian instruments and decoded shreds of paper, in the hope that something will be done quickly.

As you are guided by the vision, it takes you but just a few feet before you, and you hear a whisper.

You and your Emissary allies have done well, Lita. It is my pleasure to tell you that you have acquired all the necessary Utopian relics needed to complete the Sin Purge ritual. What now remains are the necessary steps to have them fulfill their true potential. But these...

Your vision is then focused upon the =Strange Instructions=, the hidden passage that Orin was hiding and that Lillian recently recovered....

...these are the banishment instructions, and they hold the keys and answers behind what must be done to defeat the Stalkers and destroy the Enthrallers that are keeping their souls and minds captive in their own bodies. Take the instructions to Yasha. Tell the others to prepare themselves, for the real battles will soon begin...

I will impart my knowledge upon what I know, but you must do the rest.

    =Strange Instructions= has become the =Banishment Instructions=.
    =Coded Passage= has become the =Phylactery Passage=

You sense the ambiguity fading. The pieces are coming together, and the time is now.

Go to Yasha. I can only show you the way, but she will be the one that will help you walk the path...

You then awaken, breathing in fresh air again. The Starhail Staff rests in your hands, and the answers now rest in your mind.

    ...the time is now...

After putting back the $200SP$ and buying the Adrenaline Orb, you revitalize your energy to buy yourself some extra time to have a conversation with Pakki.

    Interview Rapport: NEUTRAL

You find her as she's leaving school and you introduce yourself and ask her feelings about the Stalkers and if she knows anything.

"Hi there, Draco," she replies to you. "Well, I've seen a few weird things. Most of what I've heard are just rumors, through. There's rumors that Stalkers live in Rusty Shine, but I don't even like going in there. It's just dumpy."

"Now if I've seen things at school?" she asks, thinking it over. "Well, everyone's on edge. All the kids, including me, keep getting told never to play alone and be home before sundown. As much as I don't like it, well, I don't want to end up dead either. I've heard about what happened to Bizzie and Meela-Tey. That's just gross!"

You then tell her about the comedy show that Dimfred and Samba are going to put on, and she seems a bit interested.

"A comedy show, huh?" she asks, looking curious. "Been a long while since I've seen one of those, but you know, I sure could use a little break from the gloom and doom being talked about here. Might be fun, really."

    MISSION UPDATED: Spread the Word

"Well, I gotta go, Draco," she tells you with a quick shrug. "Seems like to these teachers, just because Stalkers are about doesn't mean homework has to stop. I know, it's lame. Well, see you around!"

She then heads home and you make your way back to Emissary base to prepare for tonight.
