WELCOME FRIEND, TO OFFICIAL BLASTOYSE CAPTION CONTEST. WHAT IS? GOOD QUESTION. BLASTOYSE EXPLAIN.
COMIC IS MADE. NO WORDS. THEN PEOPLE ADD WORDS. BEST WORD ADDER WIN! BLASTOYSE DO GOOD JOB EXPLAIN. BACK TO HYDRA.

...Yes, what he said. Anyway, the rules:

1. No adding anything besides dialouge (except in the thought bubble, in which pictures are allowed)
2. Entries will be accepted from now (4/18) to later (4/25) the winner will be announced on the 26th.
3. A single person cannot submit more than one entry. However, they can replace their old one with a new one if they wish. All entries should be PMed to me. No form/post is necessary, just PM me a captioned comic to enter.
4. The 1st place winner receives a perfect nature/EV trained Blastoyse to call their own + An honorary Blastoyse medallion!
5. All PXR rules should be followed (For example, no swearing in your caption please)
