In that case maybe a little difference is a good idea. But that depends on if you want the characters to confuse the two teams or not.

Darken the female white rocket's R to the same color as the male's, or at leaSt make it a little darker so the shadings don't clash so much.

Its not suppose to be the same color. The original Rocket R's have a noticeable difference to if you look at them.

The dark shade in her R. is the same as his whole R.

Yeah I noticed but the shading is different so there needs to be a sharper contrast in shades. So the redone version is better.
