Ready for your long weekend? Because if work or school has been punching you in the face, of course you are! It’s all you’ve been thinking about all week! I personally know several people that have been dealing with the Satan-inspired bane of Calculus which still gives me nightmares even though I graduated years ago! Sending love and good thoughts your way… although we kind of know money probably would have been better.

Pokemon: Sailor Clefable and Tuxedo Gengar by Sugarstitch
What a lovely crazy couple! Although my knowledge of Sailor Moon is tragically pathetic and I’, even more laughably clueless about whatever Tuxedo Mask is about, you still have to appreciate the hard work that went into these two. Seriously, anyone that can do this kind of thing when I can’t even figure out how to thread up a sewing machine has my kudos. The good part is that even if you’re completely obvious to what these two anime series are (I know they’re anime and that’s about it!), these two are still easy to appreciate. Plus there’s something about Gengar wearing a top hat, a bow-tie, and goofy glasses has something that feels right to appreciate.
Pokemon x UNDERTALE : Papyrus and Marowak by Sa-Dui
Even if you don’t know a thing about Undertale and who the crazy skeleton dude is in the back (this time I actually what Undertale is, woo-hoo, and that’s Papyrus by the way!), this is pretty downright impressive work and makes you feel like hey, wouldn’t it be cool if there was an Undertale and Pokémon crossover game though we’ll probably never get it? But with these two, it’s all about the bones. Looking at awesome art likes this gives you determination!

OMG, the eyes. They beckon. They’re the kind of “I’m so cute, resistance is futile” eyes that will make men make unmanly squealing sounds and make the ladies implode. This thing is cute. Destroy the world with rainbow fizzy popping bubbles kind of cute. Like it could have blown up a planet and you’d still be like “oh, we didn’t need it anyway, it’s all okay! Let’s cuddle!” sugarstitch, you sure have a way with fabric to make infectiously adorable creations like this!

I love the way Pikachu is all enraged at Charmander and I’m like… dude, your tail is STILL ON FIRE! Tell Squirtle over there to put it out with the water he looks like he’s about to puke out or something! Meanwhile, you have Bulbasaur there looking like “oh great, I don’t have the time to have to testify in court about this!” This work is great, but Charmander, if one night you suddenly wake up and open your eyes to a laughing, maniacal Pikachu before getting ZAPPED TO OBLIVON… you had it coming, bro. Either way, this is a great, charming, lovable picture that really gives these spunky Pokémon great character. :D

Okay, imagine the conversation those two apples are having right now. “No, eat him!” “Screw you, he’s tastier!” “If you don’t shut up, he’s gonna eat us both!” “Well, maybe that would be great so I wouldn’t have to hear you complaining anymore!” Okay, crazy apple conversations aside, this is a neat picture with many cool shades of green and yellows. Tropius is one of those easy-to-forget-it-exists kind of Pokémon, but this does it great justice.
