A new year means we have another chance to start anew. May it be with just hopes and promises to improve. It could just mean another year of doing what you love. Either way, an anniversary is a celebration of what you have done in the past and looking forward to a bright future. It is these amazing feelings of inspiration and determination that pushes us to keep trying to improve ourselves and create a product that others can enjoy. In the end, we can celebrate another year of happiness doing what we love and to use that feeling to fuel us for another year.
In this installment of Podcast Central, we have a few podcasts that have just celebrated their anniversary in the last month. You my have seen our feature for Pikapi Podcast and Kanto Cast for they anniversary. If you haven’t then I recommend that you check them out. That is why we are going to be featuring these two podcasts first in our podcast spotlight!
We are going to be starting with our birthday podcasts! Pikapi Podcast and Anne recently celebrated their anniversary. In Pikapi Podcast’s latest episode, Anne starts the show with all she hopes to do in the upcoming year and her plans for the podcast. She then covers an episode that features a pair of Igglybuff and everybody’s favorite jealous Jigglypuff. Meanwhile on Kanto Kast, Blue and Yellow celebrate their first anniversary by scaring their listeners with sudden loud noises and listener mail. Get ready to hear the secret hidden origin story of the Kanto Cast!
Next we got games and more with Dungeons and Dragonites! SBJ and his dungeon crawlers trek deep into goblin county. Listen as this ragtag bunch fight against a group of goblins and their loyal dogs. Will this bunch ever learn how to “Get Good”? Listen to find out! We also have PTCG Radio talking about all the States results from the last few weeks. Listen to find out if Night March actually swept States and what we can learn from States results to plan for future tournaments. There is also the Experience Share podcast where Kenny and Sorina recount their latest States experience and talk about what they can do in the future when playing in the Standard format.
We also have P.U.C.L. Podcast who are tackling the subject of remakes. Thatch and the council talk about what makes a good remake and what we can learn from past remakes. Also, you should hear their prediction on when we may see a Gen 4 remake. It may surprise you. There is also PKMNcast talking about Jirachi and the interesting lore that is behind this star. This is just in time for those wanting to get Jirachi for their Pokemon games and a low in Pokemon news. Lastly, we have The Boomburst Podcast talking about Gen 4 Pokemon that they want to see get Mega Evolutions. They do a great job in trying to create creative and balance Mega Evolutions for Gen 4 Pokemon who need a mega boost in their game.
