Do you want to play with memes in a Pokemon game?
Then you may be in luck! Pokemon Twitch Stream SierraDawn is going to be playing Pokemon: Community Version on her Twitch Channel! Her playthrough will be streaming live on Twitch starting on July 11th.
Though, what makes this Pokemon game a “Community Version”? SierraDawn’s mods will be creating the game using an Emerald romhack filled with memes. This game is promising to be filled with all kind of jokes, fun and community referrences.
Do you want in on the fun? Then all you have to do is gift a sub! Those who give a sub will be put in the game as a trainer. Those who gift 1 sub will have a trainer named after them and they will get to choose the trainer sprite. Viewers who gift 5 subs will get to have a trainer named after them and choose the trainer sprite, their Pokemon team and dialogue. The top 15 who have gifted the most subs will become Gym Leaders, Rival, Wally, Elite 4 Members, and Champion. You will have until June 30th to gift your sub for this fan project.
SierraDawn’s Stream of Pokemon: Community Version will be done on July 11th. Once SierraDawn’s playthrough is done then the romhack will be made available to the public.
