Cosplay is amazing and Pokemon cosplay is great! Cosplay allow fans to be anybody they want to be and Pokemon has plenty of things to cosplay from! A-kon 2016 happen between June 3rd to 5th and there was plenty of Pokemon cosplay! So lets take a look at them!
The first cosplay we are featuring is a group cosplaying as the Eeveeultions as RPG classes. We have a wide rage of classes like Sylveon as a barb, Flareon as a fire mage and Espeon as a mage. This was a pretty impressive group and they were all creative in the design of their outfits.
Next, we have a Jirachi cosplay! This was a beautiful cosplay. The design is quite awesome and you can tell that the designer of the cosplay really did some research for this cosplay. The design on the Jirachi’s wish tags looks really nice and detailed.
Old versus new! Here we have a duo cosplaying Maxie from Ruby and Sapphire and Maxie from OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire! We could see some double trouble as these two begin to duke it out for control of the land.
Fun fact: The new designs for Maxie were announced during the same weekend for Akon two years ago.
Next we have is a Sabrina cosplayer with an adorable Abra! Though I do not think Sabrina would like to admit how cute her Abra is. This cosplay was well made and she did a wonderful job in capturing Sabrina’s cold gaze. Sabrina has aged quite well in the last twenty years.
Lastly, we have a pair who is clearly ready for Alola. Those Alola shirts are just perfect for the a tropical getaway.
