Pooka from The Top Cut decides to go for another round in their 1000th video with a fan favorite and channel classic, Round!
Round decks are pretty infamous for their unique way to calculate damage. The active Pokemon would use Round which has a based damage multiplier that will increase depending on how many Pokemon on the bench that can use Round. The damage output can go quite high if your bench is filled to the brim with Pokemon that has Round in their arsenal.
The Round deck has always been an interesting and fun deck to play. It may never see serious competitive play but can be useable once the deck gets set up. This is mostly thanks to Meloetta EX which is the first Pokemon with Round that doesn’t need to be evolved. Just slap a few Meloetta EX down on the bench. Then proceed to never use them to attack and pray that they are never victims to a Pokemon Catcher.
