This M Steelix EX deck wants to set up Solgaleo GX as fast as possible. That way it can use Sol Burst GX to get energy out of the deck and onto the field. The first target is some Double Colorless Energy on Steelix EX and then put some on Solgaleo GX. That way you will have two big attackers ready to go. Solgaleo GX to take care of any immediate threats. M Steelix EX to start taking down any of the later threats.
Why Magearna? Magearna is in this deck so it can remove the Steelix Spirit Link from M Steelix EX. That way you can attach a much better tool like Choice Band. Now M Steelix EX’s Canyon Axe is hitting for 190 damage!
