End of Year December 2023 Community Day! Details!

Ready for the Community of the Year?

Then hold on to your hats because the End of Year Pokemon GO Community for 2023 is coming! So what can you expect from this huge end of year Community Day that is happening from Saturday, December 16th to Sunday, December 17th? Below are all the details!

December Community Day Bonuses

Below are the bonuses for December 2023 Community Day. These bonuses will be active on Saturday, December 16th and Sunday, December 17th from 2PM to 5PM Local Time.

• 2x XP for Catching Pokemon
• 1/2 Hatch Distance
• 2x Stardust for Catching Pokemon
• 2x Catch Candy
• 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive XL Candy from catching Pokemon
• Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours
• Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours
• One additional Special Trade can be made, for a maximum of two per day.*
• Trades made during the event will require 50% less Stardust.*

*This bonus will be active on both December 16th and 17th from the hours of 9AM to 9PM.

Featured Pokemon

There will be two sets of Pokemon to be featured during each day. One set will be aviable on Saturday, December 16th. Meanwhile, the other set of Pokemon will be featured on Sunday, December 17th. You can only find these Pokemon from 2PM to 5PM. They also have a higher chance to be Shiny as of their original Community Day. All of the featured Pokemon on Saturday and Sunday had a Community Day in 2023.

Outside of these times, any of the featured Pokemon will appear in the wild from 9AM to 9PM on either Saturday or Sunday.

Community Day Classic Year End Celebration

All of your favorite Pokemon that got a Community Day Classic in 2023 will also join in! You can find them popping up in the wild on both Saturday and Sunday! Though, you can seem them pop up a lot more during the last ten minutes of each hour between 2PM and 5PM. They too will also have a high chance to be Shiny!

Timed Research

There will be Timed Research during the Community Days. This Timed Research will reward players with King’s Rocks, Magnetic Lures and counters with Pokemon from previous Community Days from 2022 and 2023. The rewarded items will help players evolved the needed Pokemon.

Field Research

There will also be Field Research to allow players get even more encounters with previous Community Day Pokemon from 2022 and 2023.
