Your Favourite Type of Art?

Hiya guys! >u< This time I wanna know what your favourite type of art is! And what I mean by that, is primarily what's your favourite type of art medium. This includes stuff like paint, watercolours, inks, digital art, graphite and I'll even throw in woodwork and ceramics (and the like) as well!

IT'S SUCH A VAST WORLD OUT THERE.

For me, I reeeeeeaaaally love watercolours. I love to view works using them! However I've found that I can't use them at all in the way I want. xD I'm way too controlled, or structured, in the way I work. So pencil is great for me, but mediums like paint and watercolours I can't work with at all. Do any of you have similar problems with the medium you love most?

I also love watercolour but struggle to use it!! I'm a bit clumsy so I normally spill something on it half way through!! I love working with paints in general really. My main problem with them is that I'm really impatient, so often don't add enough detail to the piece. I really love working with oil paint but the long drying time tends to put me off, so I normally settle for acrylic. Maybe one day I'll upload some of my work

I love looking at digital art. I really wish I was good at it, but I never found my style so never got comfortable doing it. Again, I always used to rush it, there was never enough detail. Especially in backgrounds omg they were awful :|

I love watercolour too. I really like the unfinished look that it has. I haven't really tried to use them though. I've never painted anything except for at school so I wouldn't even know where to start. xD

I like digital art a lot when it is done right.
Painting and drawing also comes pretty close with me.

Not much of a drawer, but painter sometimes...
Watercolour paints as sarah mentioned, is also quite nice when respected in its element.

Watercolours are soooooooooooo cooooooool! I definitely love them. I don't know that I have a favourite, though. Certainly digital art always catches my eye, but I think watercolour is amazing.

Lunar Latias I LOVE the style of that li'l cute bulbasaur! The Toothless-shaped legs are so cute. 0w0 And dat fat widdle caterpie. XD So cute.

Traditional is probably my favorite overall because, like books, I've always preferred seeing stuff in the physical rather than the digital. There's a big difference flicking a screen, or having something appear on a computer as you use a stylus on a tablet, and actually turning the pages or having a pencil in your hand on a crisp piece of paper.

But since I can't art at all pretty much all art is amazing to me. XP

I just thought maybe you'd have a preference for pencil, or paint, or something. xD It doesn't really matter. I agree with you, though! I prefer traditional over digital.

Personally I don't care as long as it was traditional. I prefer to do pencil art though.

These are called 'paper pokemon' though I'm not sure if it's real paper since he said it's made in Photoshop, haha. Still cool though! (By the same guy.)

I always really liked signatures. They always come out so pretty, and seeing the different things people do with them is always really fascinating.

I also like watercolors. It's the only form of art I'm really somewhat decent at, though I don't do it very often. :c
