Welcome, to Server. I uphold the believe that this is a needed group, and i am aware that there are those that agree. These digital monsters that inhabit our little abode do not get enough love, compared to their pocket counterparts. We have all endured war amongst the fandoms, both sides. Both sides have done wrong, but we do not lose faith in our little creatures. We, the few, a small island in an ocean of Pokemon fans, remain strong in our love for Digimon. Here, we discuss all the qualities of digimon. The anime, the creatures, the games, the manga, the music(Yes, it does indeed have music)


We uphold respect, and hope that there is a group event one day in which we can take part.

I've been keeping up with it since it first came out. If I remember correctly the next set of episodes titled "Lost" (since they're movies in Japan) comes out in february. The actual day is listed on Wikipedia but I can't remember it off the top of my head.

So I just watched the first episode of Appmon just to try it out. They spared no expense when it came to those graphics man and the concept is pretty interesting. The two main issues I have are that the main character sounds like a girl and (per usual) the main character knows how to do everything without explanation. Other than that it's pretty cool and we already have plenty of foreshadowing in this episode.

Yeah I'm not sure what Dokamon's app is though since they haven't been formally introduced. The only apps we've seen so far are messenger, search engine, and what I'm under the impression is camera.

Anyone here watched Episode 4 of Digimon Adventure Tri? Loss? My thoughts...

I enjoyed it but I feel like so much more could have been done. After how incredible episode 3 was I was disappointed to see 4 episodes in it instead of 5 and felt like the last episode wasted so much time by doing step by step evolutions with five digimon from rookie to mega. It got boring after a little while. I miss the days of warp digivolving...

IS THAT IT? Wow that was... disappointing. Why did they spend like a good five minutes digivolving everyone? They skipped Gabumon and Agumon for crying out loud! It was cool but honestly the digivolution sequences kinda freak me out. Some of those CG sequences are... creepy. Plus I feel like the only really impactful thing we got out of this is that the finally got a connection to Digimon Tamers other than Ryo Akiyama. Which was nice but... eh. Also it's been established that the lady is a psychopath. I mean who threatens their partner like that? WHOA.

One thing I like about Tri is how it has changed from the original to show them growing up. Even with the digimon reaching a new stage. Like, in Adventure 01, they had to show the traits of their crests to go to ultimate, which lets be honest is easy. It was made harder by themselves. I mean, Yamato was always going to show friendship, but when it didn't shine, it was only because of the s*** going on in his head.

I like how now that they're older, to go beyond, instead of doing what comes natural to them, they've got to face their darkness, which is an actual challenge, and when she do, it shows that they actually grow from it.

So I watched through all of Tri again in the last 24 hours. Watching episode four the second time, knowing what to expect, it was actually pretty good.


The fights were good, as well as the relationship building and character building. I just think that after waiting as long as we have for this episode, and after the standard that episode 3 set, it was easy to be let down. Especially by finishing on a cliffhanger like that, and spending a lot of time with unnecessary digivolution. I miss the days of Warp Digivolving. THey were cool.
