Would you like to show someone you care this Valentine's Day? Well, send them an anonymous Pokemon to appear in their postbit under their avatar! This cute Pokemon will follow them around for the rest of the month, reminding them that there's some PXR member out there who thinks they're pretty awesome! You can also include a short message with the Pokemon, which will appear when you hover over the Pokemon's image!

Plus, you have the chance to earn these tokens just for joining in! Token prizes will be given out after the event!

Please pick a Pokemon sprite from the Battle Trozei sprites found here (http://archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Category:Battle_Trozei_sprites) OR the Pokemon Shuffle sprites found here (https://www.pkparaiso.com/shuffle/sprites.php). (The only difference is different shading and Shuffle has some extra formes available. If you don't specify, I'll probably use the Trozei sprites.) SADLY ALOLA POKEMON ARE NOT AVAILABLE. :(
You can pick any Pokemon from that list, but once that Pokemon is taken, no one else may claim it. The list of claimed Pokemon is below. You may not switch Pokemon. Different formes of the same Pokemon are allowed as long as they have a separate sprite available!

Simply PM Pokemon Trainer Sarah with the username of who you would like to send your message to, along with a short (maximum 150 characters), anonymous note for that person. To make it easier for me, please include which Pokemon you claimed in your PM also!
I will add the Pokemon and messages to the users' postbits (under their avatar) so that everyone can see! Hovering over the Pokemon with your mouse will let you see the attached note!
If you want to send your message to me, Pokemon Trainer Sarah, please send the PM to me, as I am the only one who can edit my own postbit to give it to myself! Don't worry, it'll still be a surprise and super lovely. :)
Additionally, for one day only, on February 14 (in your own timezone), you will be allowed to send out multiple messages - as many as you like! Imgur works, but I also use Postimage.org for graphics that I'm going to be using quite often like banners and avatars. Imgur is probably better for the stuff you may only use once or twice.

Imgur works, but I also use Postimage.org for graphics that I'm going to be using quite often like banners and avatars. Imgur is probably better for the stuff you may only use once or twice.

Yeah, you're right. The more people you know well on the forum, the more Valentine's you're likely to get, of course. I know many of the participants do their best to make sure everyone gets at least a few though! Some people sign up and only send one or two to their best friends, so if you've recruited people to the forum, you're also likely to get more! :) You could also say it's extra special to get some during the first few days as it means you were the first person someone thought of. <3

[Pokemon Trainer Sarah]

I try to make it a point to respond to as many posts directed at me as possible. It's a habit from comics/art I guess. I always appreciate the feedback and replies, so I want to make sure I get back to them as a sort of 'Thanks for taking the time to post!' or something. It can be quite hard to figure out what to say sometimes though. Aaaaahhhh. Why must being social be so difficult? </3

Yeah that's a really good policy to have. I was admiring Soups; way of creating conversations by replying to everyone who posted in one of the threads he made. :D I'e gotta try and do that more!

Considering how much we all seem to struggle with being social, it's amazing this forum is doing so well. XD

Haha, I have a bad habit of forgetting to quote people. Especially on my phone, if I've already typed out a message it's really hard to copy it and then go back and quote the post and paste it in.

Hi everyone! Thank you all for participating in the Valentine's Event! It's been really nice seeing all the kind messages going out and I'm sure each of you has made at least one person very happy!

As it is nearly the 14th of February, I want to remind you that on the 14th (in your own timezone), you may send AS MANY VALENTINES AS YOU LIKE! The only condition is they must all be in ONE SINGLE PM to me. You also can't send a Valentine to someone you've already sent one to. And please remember to use ♥ instead of <3 in your messages! THE 14TH WILL ALSO BE THE LAST CHANCE TO SEND ANY VALENTINES THIS YEAR! I encourage you to send as many as you can!!!

I'd like to take a moment to thank each of you that sent me a message. From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate it. Its been difficult enough adjusting to life with a new community, but you all make the transition so much easier.

I'd also like to personally thank Pokemon Trainer Sarah for her commitment toward the event. It couldn't have been easy, but she made it look like a cakewalk.

On that note, I hope you ALL enjoyed the event as much as I did. I had a blast sending out messages of my own. I'd like to wish each and every one of you a very Happy Valentine's Day.
