Here at the JIT we pride ourselves with holding our students to a high standard. We believe it is our evolution that sets the bar for all our brother and sister evolutions. Being a Jolteon means that you must learn to move fast while processing a great deal of information. We do not have the bulk to take many hits so we must make our moves count. To earn your place here at the JIT you will be asked to think first and mixed in with your thinking you will need to prove just how quick you are. This challenge will not be for causal eevees. The first step will be simple enough fill out the entrance exam posted in the spoilers.
1. Jolteons National Dex Number?:
2. What other pokemon is classified as the Lightning Pokémon?:
3. Eerie Impulse, What does it do? What is closet move Jolteon learns to it?:
4. Which Electric type pokemon do you feel holds up best to Ground moves?:
(PM me the answers)
There is one catch to this. After each approval you will be given a set posting count and a time limit. You must reach the amount in the time given to move to the next challenge. Good luck!

Challenge 1: Design and Create Pokeballs
https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/14/29/61/142961df21b530be8ffa77db546fc181.gif
Design 3 Pokeballs
You will need to come up with three pokeballs. We all know some Pokeballs have an after effect: Luxury Ball raises Happiness or the Heal Ball heals your Pokémon once you've caught them. You will need to give it at least ONE effect.
1. Create 3 Pokeballs
2. Create 1 actual design and post it.
3. Two of the balls must be region exclusive so use your favorite regions to make two.
4. List how they work and which if any pokemon are most effected by them.

Design 2 Held Items
In this challenge you will be tasked with creating two unique held items that would not only benefit Jolteons but they would benefit all electric type pokemon. It is okay if the item is a little fantastical, better to think big then limit yourself to practicalities!
1. Create 2 Held Items
2. Create 1 actual design and post it.
3. Describe the second one the best you can in your own words.
3. List how each of the items work and what benefits or possible risks it may have.

Final Challenge
In your final challenge you will need to utilize what you designed above. A mighty Mega Swampert has appeared and the only way to remove this threat is to beat it and capture it.

I am pleased to say Arrow-Jolteon has met the requirements to being the trials. Before you can start on designing Pokeballs you will need to post ten times in any section of your choosing. As of now you are at 2,669 in posts. For this first one you will have until tomorrow afternoon which shouldn't be to difficult.

You have submitted there great designs. Let go through them each really fast.
Th highest profit margin is with the stamina ball. This pokeball should give trainers a chance to have a handy item that will survive the wear and tear of training. The big plus being they are less space consuming and trainers can using them when they find themselves camping for days or in a cave. Some place away from a pokemart.
The Snipper Ball has a grear design. I could see this ball being popular in the safari gaming scene.
Finally the Daring Ball. We can market this ball towards the more advanced trainers. Though a ball like this could also help trainers who come from areas where type diversity is a problem. Such a trainer from the colder regions being weak to more of fire, fighting and rock type pokemon.
Great job on this task. I look forward to seeing what you come up with for challenge 2.
