This looks great! I think my only recommendation is maybe use a black pen for the words because it's a little bit hard to read teal text on light green and light blue backgrounds. Still, I like the way you draw Pokemon characters! It's a unique style and I definitely have to say they're quite cute.

Neo Emolga: Most people see an edgelord when they see a Darkrai. I just see a Darkrai and think 'that looks fluffy, now how do I convey how fluffy it looks to everyone else?' It also probably helps that when I write Darkrai he is almost always on the side of good XD
I was trying to use colored pens to differentiate which character is speaking, because when I draw speech bubbles it ends up looking too cramped to me. I'll try to avoid coloring in the background of the words in the future, but the next couple pages are kind of already scanned in...
If it helps, I could make a transcript under each page if you can't read because of either my handwriting or the colors used?
And it seems to be the general consensus that my drawing style is 'cute'. XD Come for the cute characters, stay for the creepy plotline.

So, I always found it a bit odd that a single Legendary had the power to talk to you across worlds, transform you into a Pokemon, and also transport you across worlds.
So in Evolving Worlds, we've got a squad to do that. Darkrai uses the power of dreams to select a human and let all the Legendaries talk to them. Jirachi scans their aura to figure out what Pokemon suits them best and transform them. Hoopa transports them with portals. And Celebi is the ringleader and basically does all the talking.
First time drawing Hoopa. It was... interesting.

Anyway, the character artwork is great and has a unique, kind of bubbly charm to it. And I agree, there's a nice, unique feeling to it being done on lined paper. It's like one of those old-school comics drawn during a boring classroom lecture, but better in quality and color.

I'm really liking the artwork here! Also, it would depend on when Pokémon that person becomes xD. For this person to become a Pokémon that can walk and possibly likes. They're gonna love it! From Jirachi to even Darkrai, the characters are really. I'm sure it's all fun and silly looking games now, but there's so much more to expect later on.

Gates to Infinity is regarded as the worst PMD game... And yet it's got so many interesting ideas within it.
Like, instead of being a special chosen hero, you're basically one of a whole bunch of humans who were sent to the Pokemon world with the hopes that one of them would be able to defeat the Bittercold.
Seems a similar situation has been going on here... For perhaps even longer...

And the Legendaries do have names(Celebi I'm still deciding her name, but I'm actually leaning towards Amarantha). But they're only supposed to be used in very personal settings. And in this comic, per world there's only one of each Legendary species, meanwhile there's presumably 1000000+ of each mortal Pokemon. The mortal Pokemon kinda need names to differentiate each other more than the Legendaries do...
Otherwise things can get pretty confusing.

"Butterfree is... well. She's a burden to her team."
"But I thought Butterfree was one of our best Pokemon?"

I loved the idea in GTI with multiple humans brought to the world too! Not just one selected emessary, but many. The crisis demands of it. One may not be enough, but many? The many secrets of the legendaries is another question leaving me wanting to know more xD.

Right now I'm sure we're just getting a glimpse of some of the characters we will see commonly and I'm oving them so far! Can't wait to see more soon because it'll only get better from here!
