Problem with HTML Tags

Is it me or it seems there are some HTML tags that aren't working. Like the h1, h2,etc...
Example<---They shouldn't stay like this. Is that because of vBulletin or something?

HTML tags are off. If you look at the very bottom of the posts it will list Posting Permissions. Everything but HTML is on.

Ok, I understand but is there no settings to turn it on?

Not for members no. An Admin would have to turn them on in the Admin Panel.

We don't allow HTML on the forums at the moment. It's a security thing.
