What Game(s) are you waiting for?

One of the struggles of bring a gamer is waiting for certain games to be released. We all struggle with that.

I would say Pokemon Y, but I haven't got a 3DS, and I am not really desperate to play it.

However I am waiting for, and have been waiting for years for...

Well, right now, I'm waiting for Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ReMix (Coming out in eight days, whoo!), Pokemon X, and Mighty No. 9.

Soul Calibur VII, if it even happens (it hopefully will) is long ways away, so X and Y is the only thing on my mind nowadays!

Ooooh man, what am I NOT waiting for? GTA5, BF4, X&Y, watch_dogs, AC4:BF, FFX/X2 HD, the list just goes on and on. .___.

First up is KH 1.5. Honestly, it's difficult to replay the first KH because the gameplay in KH2 is so much better. Way more combos, the drive gauge, etc. makes fighting way more interesting than a four-five move combo with a few powerful abilities that drains your MP. But I mean come on, we never got Final mix, so it's hard not to be excited. Of course Nomura has basically confirmed that we'll be getting KH2:FM also, so that'll be sweet.

After that is Pokemon X & Y -- probably anticipating it most right now since it's not a remake. Just getting the full roster of new pokemon would appease me greatly, but finally obtaining that game and getting my Fennekin is going to be gold.

Next is Final Fantasy XIII: Lighting Returns. I never finished XIII and never played XIII2. Why? Because, in the final analysis, Lighnting was the only likable character besides the baby chocobo. That and I really didn't want to play a whole game trying to keep my party alive for them all to just die at the end, and then have to play XIII-2. It all just seemed burdensome to me. But here, it is going to be much more action oriented, and Lightning is the only playable character. No annoying kids, newbies, or some baffoon who rambles about how he's a "hero."

After that is Final Fantasy 15. I have seen this guy Noctis in trailers for, what, 7 years now, and in E3 we got a better taste of what the gameplay will actually look like. Noctis has something like 15 swords, he can scale walls in-game, his fire magic actually sets his enemies on fire rather than shooting a fire ball that hits enemies, looks like you can swim in water, and some of these enemies are huge. Square. Please give us a release date at TGS?

Most recently I began anticipating The Mighty No. 9, as mentioned in this thread (http://www.pokemoncrossroads.com/forum/showthread.php?1518-Mighty-No-9). If you haven't read it yet, then shame on you!

The only none Square video game from E3 I liked besides Pokemon was Metal Gear Solid 5. It's the only time I ever really enjoying shooting people instead of slicing them. The trailer looked pretty intense.

Last is Kingdom Hearts 3. The Xehanhort saga has all been coming to this. Looking to have my mind blown by whatever twists and turns Xehanhort will introduce, and seeing what Sora having Master Eraqus's keyblade in the trailer was all about. o.o After beating KH:3D, you get a lot of surprises and you're anticipating what's next for Sora, and for me, my favorite new keyblade weilder, Axel. But in the back of your mind quietly you contemplate the events of Birth By Sleep. It was such a sad ending, and they enjoy a solid resolution. It pains me to even think about Master Aqua.

GTA V, CoD:Ghosts, BF4 are the only ones I'm looking forward to come out. I'm not into handheld gaming or the new Pokemon coming out so X and Y won't be on that list. I'm working my way into buying a new gaming laptop, but probably going to end up building it. I'm slowly switching over to the PC Gamer mode, so slowly learning good titles for it.

X and Y obviously. XD Other than that, another decent Pokemon title perhaps, and although I have not completed Mas Effect 3, I'm looking forward to the fourth Mass Effect game. You could say I'm waiting for another decent Sonic game similar to SA2B that has a good storyline and chao raising, like every other Sonic fan. XD

I'm waiting for The Elder Scrolls Online. I got into ES via Skyrim from a friend, and was instantly hooked. I'm really excited for an MMO game of the series.

They've already come out, but I'm also patiently waiting to get Pokemon X and Y.

I'm also interested in Blizzard's 'Project Titan'. Not a lot is known about it, and I'm wondering what it'll be.

The main game I'm really waiting for now is Loz: A Link Between Worlds. Never in my life have I thought that A Link to the Past (my favourite Zelda game) would get a sequel (and no, the original Legend of Zelda does not count as a sequel even though it comes after ALttP). I've actually been re-playing A Link to the Past in preparation. Even though I've played it many times before already and still have other games I haven't even started playing (including Kingdom Hearts 1.5). Some games just never get old for me, and I hope the sequel is as good (or at least almost as good) as the original.

I'm waiting for the fourth Mass Effect game. The Shepard trilogy was such a great story and it's a fantastic setting, I can't wait to explore more of it.

I'm interested to see what "Project Titan" turns out to be, as Zenith said, but I'm also interested to see what they're going to do with WoW. It's an incredibly out of date MMO, comparatively speaking. The graphics are sad compared to more modern games (yet still rather pretty at times) and the gameplay, in my opinion, is too repetitive and boring. I don't like that none of the classes feel all that tactically different. For me, they all feel like "press button, press button, press different button, press button"; none of them feel all that unique. Even the Monk which was promoted to be a VERY different way to play the healer role ended up like pretty much every other healer. I say this compared to League of Legends, which has 116 different champion units that all manage to have very unique skill sets and tactics. I realize that they are different MMO genres, but I think WoW deserves a little more of a unique touch to each class. The fact that WoW still draws a huge audience is impressive, but I think Next Gen MMO's like ESO (which I'm also waiting for) might threaten that. I think it's time for a fresh start for Azeroth.

I'm also interested in the new installment of the Dragon Age series, but I still haven't made myself slog through DA2, so that will have to wait.

Can I say I'm waiting for Z and Gen VII already? Even if I still haven't finished Y due to obsessive breeding?

Since the only video game console/portable system I have is the Nintendo 3DS, I anxiously await Bravely Default.

With a similar class system to Final Fantasy V (one of my favorite FFs)--and a general pre-FFVII Four Crystal theme--this is quite a nostalgic trip to the RPG past seemingly utilizing 3DS features.
