It seems Devis knew something about Utopia and Abyss that made him a target of the Stalkers. For now it's just figuring out a matter of what he knew that drove them to kill him.

Important Notes:
Franny works a day and night shift at the medical center.
She works as both a caretaker and a nurse that prepares surgery equipment.
One of her coworkers, a peditrician named Dudgel the Wartortle, was killed by them.
Thinks Vicker is suspicious and that Muruna is too good for him.

Important Notes:
She works at the Clean Easy Laundromat.
Vicker used to be a much kinder and carefree soul.
Vicker's father passed away sometime recently.
Vicker found a strange metal triangle thing that appears to have blood on it, but he won't let it go.
She finds Yandil to be suspicious.

Vicker seems to think the triangle is very important to the Stalkers.
He has booby trapped his door so that when they come for it, he can kill them.
He requires diplomacy for any further interaction.
