Which is the correct section for asking for help with the current action replay device?

I was trying to get set up still. I made this thread, and I've been needing help for more than five months. I am not stopping until I get the help. I cannot find a manual on the internet for the XPloder Cheat System. I was going to contact a mod about this, but I decided to post this in this thread. I am a mod at Pokehunngry now and if my stuff doesn't get fixed soon, I may be absent for a while and have to tell my Head Admin.

There's only few forums. I posted it in Media Hall because I thought it would go there. There was just no other section for it.

We do not have a section for device or thread that can help with device that alter a pokemons stats. This thread was already closed in the media section, and you were told we dont cover those device's here.
