I have no idea. I'd probably be too busy freaking out to think about saying anything in particular. Knowing your about to die seems like one of the scariest things that could happen to a person, and I know quite a few people wouldn't care what there last words would be, they'd be thinking or saying something about how they don't want to die.

I would tell a tale, leading into a forgotten secret that I would tell people who were waiting next to me on my deathbed. Then, in my last dying breath, say "and also... don't...".

Then die, and watch everyone freak out about what I didn't say and what it could have been in the afterlife and get a kick out of it.

There's also a religious thing that I'd say. Translated, it says,"We are God's and to God we return." But the above would be a major sentiment.
