Are there any particular artists or work that you draw inspiration for?

I tend to like the anime style of art. Thin lines, not too crazy with shading, and keeping it looking nice without being too overly complex.

"I put my heart and my soul into my work, and lost my mind in the process." - Vincent Van Gogh.

Van Gogh is my inspiration for all of my art, that includes my music. Simple, yet emotional. Starry Night has to be my favorite piece, I have used it as sort of a background, or bottom layer for a lot of my art. When I do art.

Anime-ish type of style! I add my own flair to it of course, but I like the simplicity of cell-shading and I can't do a paint style for the life of me.

I guess I'm inspired by anime too. Though I moreso take inspiration and notes from the artstyles of my partner and friends more than anything else, so whatever they draw inspiration from unintentionally gets incorporated into my style too.

Most of my art style comes from trying to draw like Vexxblack & Kitfox Crimson, two pokemon fancomic authors, and/or the Pokemon Dream World/Global Link artwork. Thick outlines and flat blocks of shading.
