Every once in a while, I attempt to do something artistic, usually by building RPG Maker compatible sprites.
So to start with, here are Ash, Misty, and Brock as the Three Musketeers:
1954
1955
1956

Thank you--I'm particularly proud of Musketeer Brock. Doing the squinty eyes took a while (and copious amounts of zoom in to be sure they looked right).

For my next sprite to show off, here's a recreation of Ash in his knight costume from "Zorua and the Pokemon Knight"
1957
I plan to re-do this one with the better looking musketeer hat and see how it looks.

Great work on these, wow! Even though they are on a smaller scale, the detail is definitely apparent and it looks fantastic!

These looks really amazing EmeraldSky! Fantastic job! I still think it takes a lot to make such awesome sprite art. So you did wonderful!

Thank you both!
If you want to know my secret, I mainly use a program called Game Character Hub to create my sprites, although I have also used the built in sprite generator within RPG Maker.

Your emoticons are so amazing. I don't even know if it is really okay to say "emoticons" because they are not. They seem some sort of pixel art related? I mean these types of "avatars" are similar to the online Gaia ones. If you know what I mean :) Not everyone can do these, it requires lots of patience to even learn to do them. I clearly don't have it, even tho I'm into Arts.

They are actually sprites, usable by the game program RPG Maker. These are compatible with RPG Maker VX Ace.

For today's sprite, here is Serena playing the role of Kitsune, a divine Delphox in my imagined Pokeworld that is both a guide for heroes and a trickster.

For today's sprite, here is Brock as a minstrel. I really wanted to show him holding a harp, but I don't have instrument parts in my stash of sprite parts.

For today's sprite, here is Lillie as a white mage:
1961
I chose to give her the ponytail she gains after the turning point of SM to show this is the more confident and brave Lillie.

Oooh what a great idea including the ponytail. Definitely shows off her personality a bit more!

Of the three, I like Articuno's gijinka the best (but Zapdos and Moltres turned out well too)

For my last sprite post before the holidays, here is the redone version of Ash as the Pokemon Knight from the Zorua episode:
1966
I really think the musketeer hat goes better with the character.

I use them to build my own games, and display as art. If you'd like to use them in sprite comics, all I ask is you give credit.

In a way that's much much cooler. They wouldn't fix my comic style but I've seen some awesome pixal comics that's why I asked. Ive bought pixal pokemon art before its cool.
