I need to get back into doing Team Buckshot comic pages. It's been really tricky juggling that and Stalkers, but I absolutely don't want to give up on either of these things. But... as a result, both of them have been progressing at a really slow pace.

I also think making things easier for Stalkers might make it move along faster, but I don't want to make it like... too easy where it doesn't even feel like it was worth it and the whole thing feels like "press the button to win!" kind of feel. I have been thinking I might have made it a bit too hard and complex. More than Season 3 was, which I still feel struck just the right amount of content.

I know it'll probably be a few years before Team Buckshot finishes, but Stalkers... I do want to see that conclude sometime soon, preferably within the next month or so.

I feel that. I want to get back to doing Lucky's Travels pages soon too but I'm disciplining myself and making me do other stuff on the to do list first.

Yeah, I don't know how you manage both Lucky's Travels and Shaymin Cafe. Although you've been fantastic with the Shaymin Cafe updates. Of all the comics I'm subscribed to, that's the one that's been updated the most.

Don't forget Ask Team Lightbringers in there too. Yeah Shaymin Café is fun to work on but I won't be doing those twice a week updates in the future unless I attend another event. I tend to crank out a bunch of asks during events which is what allows those twice a week updates.

My goal is to have Ask Team Lightbringers and Shaymin Café update once a week since they're the easiest to do, and have Lucky's Travels update once every two weeks because I need more time to do those updates. But that's probably going to be a February problem because I have owed art I need to get done first.

Yeah, that's right, forgot about Lightbringers. Still, amazing work keeping these going and updated as often as you do. I'd love to have a weekly update for Buckshot but I'd have to drop a lot of other things to pull that off.

Yeah with all that's happened I haven't been able to do as much as I'd like with art lately. From health concerns, to workflow changing, a friend having some things come up in life, and most recently computer issues (this darn curse again). I haven't had as much time to work on it. I guess it works out though. It's close to being done. Though I've learned a lot and seen my own improvements lately in my own art.

Yeah unfortunately I have a feeling with how constantly changing my situation is that I won't be able to get like a set schedule for any of these until I get settled in a more permanent job position, which might take years.

I'd like to be closer to home. I've got an hour drive to and from each day now. Which one I finally get home it's about 4:30 or 5. Leaving me maybe 3-4 hours before I need sleep. It's time, but not much.

Hopefully you can find something sooner than that though, Noble. It's tough out there right now. Might be even more so soon if businesses take a toll like I'm thinking they will having to raise minimum wage like I'm hearing. Losing employees having to raise pay and everything going up in price.

For me, I can't complain about my commute. I used to have to drive an hour as well and it wasn't so much the time loss (although that did suck), but it was the expense on gas and the huge amount of millage it put on my car.

But now, this work from home setup is a dream. I've been able to enjoy nice hot lunches as opposed to just a few snacks thrown into a bag (our office only had a microwave and I'm not big on microwaving food). That and being able to listen to music while I work without having to wear headphones is great as well.

Yeah there's a lot of places hiring but they're being extra picky with candidates. And it doesn't help than most of the positions open right now aren't entry level. I'm thinking if I don't find anything within four to six months I might need to consider grad school.

Right after I made that post yesterday, I got an email asking for an interview. Had the interview today and it went so well that they did a follow up with the CEO of the company pretty much on the spot. And that interview went so well they'll have an offer to me by tomorrow morning at the latest. The job sounds like exactly what I want to do too so I'm very excited to say the least.

Yeah needless to say I wasn't expecting it to move that quickly so I'll be going over the contract that's coming my way shortly with a fine toothed comb just to ensure there's not some sort of catch. But all in all it seems like a dream come true.

Oh for sure. Always better to make sure what you're walking into is real and not something ludicrous. Certain things here aren't exactly what I thought, but still far better than what I had.

Lordy, though, if there was a total post amount from the number of posts I had from the original PE2K Proboards forum, then the PE2K VBulletin forum, and now PXR's forum, it'd have to be something totally ridiculous. XD

Yeah I totally get it. I've been eyeing AWA's Fallout one too but since I'm not too familiar with Fallout I was kinda waiting to see what other people did first in terms of signing up.

Yup I'm getting a liiiiittle more used to writing these up. Struggled a bit at times. Especially so when writing it up quickly during free time at work. A few times I've had to re-read and go back fixing names when referring to someone and a few times when referring to Avery. Sorry to anyone if I mess that up and miss it. =(

Yeah everything would be fine, but if I opened the task manager and checked the performance on everything. The GPU would be fine until I moved the mouse. Would make it just up even so much as moving the mouse to 18-29%. Then games. Any game, no matter how little it takes to run it. Made the GPU jump up to 99-100%. So games I used to be able to run at max graphics and have over 120fps. Could not do that.

I.e: Final Fantasy 14. Its an MMO I could run at max graphics. Main menu would run 360+ FPS and in game in smaller populations would be at 110-130 FPS. No frames missing and no choppy/blocky look. Bigger populated towns being around 60-80 with no loss of frames.

Since this issue started. Main menu would only get to 100-110fps. Lower populated places: 50-60fps with loss of frames. Highly populated areas 10-34fps with massive frame drops to the point it froze sometimes.

A new game I used to play Phasmophobia is another example. I never had any issues with it. It loaded quick, no graphic issues, nothing. But after this issue started. Same thing. No issues or anything, but if I moved the mouse slower. I got the blocky look. Thing is. Phasmophobia doesn't require much processing or anything at all. Older style computers can run it right now and be fine. Yet somehow it took up 100% running that too.

If that doesn't work, I think it's a GPU issue, either it's a hardware malfunction or there's some degree of incompatibility with your motherboard or other hardware. It's also possible they screwed up with whatever new GPU driver came out, which would explain why it was working okay before and then just got crappy.

We my buddy came over and tried a few things. Uninstalled the graphics driver and we reinstalled it. Even tried taking the driver back to an earlier date and nothing. No luck.
