The basic plot of this fan fiction is based rather loosely on the Star Wars Original Trilogy and has hints of the Kingdom Hearts saga and borrows a bit from the Kane Chronicles book series. Also based on an old RP from PE2K called Deadly Alliance.
(WARNING: This fanfiction is very dark. If you don't like blood or swearing, you might not want to read this fanfiction, as it is also sort of my personal way for venting about politics, my personal life, etc.)
Team Rocket has grown stronger. Giovanni, their tyrannical Boss, wants to conquer the entire world. Teams Magma, Aqua, Galactic, Plasma, and Flare have all given up individually after failed attempts to stop Giovanni. Team Snagem is protecting the Orre region, while the Pokemon Rangers are guarding the Fiore, Almia, and Oblivia regions.
Giovanni has given orders to kill anyone who tries to struggle against them, and enslave the rest of humanity, trying to keep as many Pokemon as possible for Team Rocket.
However, Giovanni has brainwashed famed Trainer Ash Ketchum into thinking Giovanni is his father, and himself heir to Team Rocket.
There is rather large rebellion, of many Trainers, Rangers, members of Team Snagem, and Pokemon (including those usually spoken of only in legends, myths, fairy tales and other stories). This story revolves around Eric Damon and Peggy Owen, two lovers whose village was attacked by Team Rocket, and were lucky to make it out alive. Giovanni wanted the whole island's population eradicated because the People of the Aura Faith are considered "inferior", and could be a great threat to Giovanni's reign of terror.
*Rebel* Chapter One (Attack on Mystic Island)
Mystic Island was probably the closest thing to a real paradise in the entire Pokemon world. It was like a miniature region, with all sorts of Pokemon and people alike living in harmony.
The one village on the island, Mirakuru Village, was home to one of the last strongholds of the Aura Faith, devout followers of every Legendary Pokemon, following the holy words of Arceus that were spoken to many prophets centuries ago.
It was a warm August evening. The sun was setting, Eric Damon and Peggy Owen were on a very important romantic date. Peggy's Plusle and Minun were on her shoulders, and Eric's Mienfoo was by its Trainer's side.
Eric was a handsome, average built, Caucasian male with lime green eyes and dark brown spiky hair, wearing small beige cowboy hat with a green pair of goggles, a red -Tshirt, blue jeans, and pale grey sneakers.
Peggy was a beautiful, raven-colored haired, ebony-skinned, physically fit and curvy young woman. She was wearing glasses, a purple cap on backwards, a bright citrus-colored shirt, blue jeans, and pink sneakers.
They made to the western point of the village, the sunset was amazing. They had just finished eating dinner at a fancy restaurant nearby.
Eric got down on one knee, pulled out a small box, and Mienfoo watched in awe.
Peggy also had something to tell him, but Eric was clearing proposing to her after four years.
"Peggy Owen. We have known each other for a long time, and every moment has been a blessing. I want to ask you, my soulmate... Will you marry me?" Eric said, in a wild Australian accent.
"Yes. You'll always be my boo! I would love to be Mrs Damon! And I'm pr-..." Peggy said, with her urban African-American accent, but being cut off by a siren on the island.
Suddenly, as the sun set. A large jet black airship with a crimson letter R came from seemingly out of nowhere, and landed nearby.
Three dozen Team Rocket grunts, led by two executives, armed with machine guns and accompanied by hordes of Koffing and Ekans, attacked the island.
"Peggy, my love... You need to get out of here! I'll go get help!" Eric shouted
Plusle and Minun jumped into Peggy's arms as the Rocket assault began.
"Mienfoo! Follow me! Don't bother fighting them! We need to get help!"
Eric and Mienfoo ran to the police station to get help. It took only five minutes running to get there.
He was out of breath, but managed to tell an Officer Jenny about what was happening.
"Officer, we're under attack! They're wearing all black, and seem to have a R on their uniforms! I need to protect the woman I love." Eric explained
"Oh! Team Rocket? Here? I'll get help right away! Wait.. Are you... Vladimir's grandson?" Officer Jenny asked.
"Yes. I'm Eric Damon. I need to save Peggy! She's in great danger!"
Suddenly, one of the executives, a female, kicked open the door and shot the Officer in the head, and Eric in the right shoulder.
Mienfoo became furious, and evolved into Mienshao!
The executive then sent out her Weavile.
"Weavile! Use Ice Punch on that Mienshao's Trainer!"
Weavile obeyed, but Mienshao jumped in front of Eric and used Aura Sphere instinctively.
Weavile was instantly defeated.
The Fighting-type, ferret-like Pokemon then helped its Trainer get up.
Eric's left hand began glowing with an aura that flashed eleven colors: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow, Brown, Purple, Black, Silver, Gold, Pink, and White.
The aura formed a mystic weapon that somehow resembled both a Light Saber and a Keyblade, in Eric's hand.
Eric then used this colorful weapon, called a Aura Sword, and stabbed the woman in the chest, pulling out the second she took her last breath.
The Aura Sword vanished, and Eric collapsed, and was unconscious, but Mienshao was there to protect him in case anyone else tried to barge in.
The surviving Rockets withdrew from the island, and had captured Peggy, Minun and Plusle, and had killed everyone else, out of 66 people, only two survived. Peggy's fate would be worse then death: Slavery under Team Rocket, unless someone saved her.
Suddenly, Mewtwo, who was tracking Team Rocket's movement patterns, found Eric and Mienshao, and teleported them, and itself to its high-tech lair on an island several dozen miles away.
Eric woke up in a bed, and Mewtwo was about three feet away, and seemingly using telepathy to talk to somebody.
Mienshao was in a Pokeball now.
"Crikey... What the bloody hell happened? Peggy... Where are you?" Eric said.
Mewtwo floated over to Eric's bedside.
"I have dreadful news for you, Eric Damon... Team Rocket has massacred almost everybody you ever knew. However, this person.. Peggy, of whom you speak... Is still alive. Yet her faith will be worse than death. I heard you talking in your sleep, and I have decided to rescue her for you, since you are still weak and need more rest, my comrade." Mewtwo explained in a monotone, English accent.
"Thanks... Who are you... Anyways...?" Eric asked.
"I am Mewtwo. If it was not for me, you would certainly be dead. I saved you because I owed a debt to your grandfather, and after fifty years, I decided to repay him." Mewtwo introduced itself.
"But he died... More than a decade ago..." Eric said.
"I know..." Mewtwo said, "You are a splitting image of what he was fifty years ago when he saved me. I will rescue the woman you love, but I will need you to do something for me in return.. A favor, if you will."
Mewtwo then teleported to Team Rocket's nearest base, beneath the volcano Cinnabar Island in the Kanto region.
Mewtwo busted open the doors with its psychic power, and unleashed hordes of Shadow Balls at the Grunts who responded to the alarm going off.
It didn't take Mewtwo very long to locate where Peggy was being held. There were no other human prisoners in the area.
The male Executive from the Mirakuru Island, chained Peggy to the wall and was intending to make her his personal slave, and wanted to whip her until she obeyed him.
"Soon, I will whip you into perfect little slave for me." The male Grunt, Loki, smirked.
Peggy was terrified, preparing for the worst.
Before he even made one crack of his whip, Mewtwo teleported into the cell, and used Psychic to lift Loki into the air, and choke him to death slowly.
Within three minutes, Loki was dead.
Mewtwo then broke Peggy's shackles with a powerful Psycho Cut attack.
Peggy got down, and Mewtwo noticed Plusle and Minun in a small, cramped cage.
Mewtwo broke the lock with another Psycho Cut, and teleported itself, Peggy, and her two Pokemon, back to its lair, where Eric was just waking up again.
Before Peggy entered the room, she had a question to ask Mewtwo.
"Thanks for saving me. What drove you to be so brave?" she asked.
Eric opened the door, and made a clever reply.
"Someone who loves you!" He answered.
Peggy ran to Eric, with Plusle and Minun on Mewtwo's head for some reason.
She gave Eric a huge hug.
"Remember when you proposed to me. I have good news for us! I'm PREGNANT!" Peggy exclaimed. "I don't know whether it'll be a boy or a girl yet... Let's think of names!"
"I'm just glad you're safe, mate..." Eric told her.
Mewtwo walked over, still having the two electric, rabbit-like Pokemon on it head.
"I know you have been blessed with the gift of a child, however... There are more pressing matters... And Eric, this is part of my request for you. I would like both of you to join the rebellion against Team Rocket. Ironically, they are located in what WAS a Team Rocket headquarters in Mahogany Town, in the Johto region. I will contact the leader of the rebellion. His name is N." Mewtwo explained
"Is that a capital N?" Eric asked jokingly.
Peggy tried refraining from giggling, she loved Eric's humor.
Mewtwo laughed inside its head, still keeping a straight face.
"And Peggy, since you are with child, I will tell the rebels not to have you do anything to dangerous." Mewtwo added.
Eric then went to bed, Peggy by his side, and Mienshao suddenly, out of pure instinct, coming out of its Pokeball, and went onto a smaller bed with Plusle and Minun on each side.
Mewtwo still standing, slept in the same room, keeping a psychic eye out to make sure no one from Team Rocket discovers the lair...
