Introduction and History

Pilates (/pɪˈlɑːteɪz/; German: [piˈlaːtəs]) is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, and popular in many countries, including Germany, the United States, Argentina, Australia and the United Kingdom. As of 2005, there were 11 million people practicing the discipline regularly and 14,000 instructors in the United States alone.



Our goals are simple: expand the practice of pilates across the entire world. All life originated from the pilates, and that's where all life should return. To do this, we plan on using the Pokemon Hitmonlee to create a leg day of Biblical proportions. Retrieving Hitmonlee should be no problem with the ad we put in the paper. In addition, each member of Team Pilates Fantasies has been especially trained to be pilates experts. They don't call us "The Pilates Pilots" for nothing. Why, once I heard about a recruit that managed to escape from a deserted suburb using only two work outs and his hair for a yoga mat. Or that might have been a yogi. My memories run together sometimes.
