Hey, I need help with a certain sprite for my comic

Can anybody turn him into an accurate form of an overworld sprite please? Really need it for my comic D; And if I like your work, maybe you could work with me for future help?

Description: A meloetta like trainer.
Base: None. Use what you want ^_^

Description: Slightly Tan. Glasses covering his eyes. Biker jacket

Note: this does not mean that Chapaz is over with.

Ah, okay. So you totally didn't know, just came in during a bad time. Well, turned out it was all an April Fools joke, but like I said: I suppose you just happened to come in during a bad time. It happens!
