What are your goals for the new year? Is anyone making any? Do you think you will actually follow through with them, or are you like me, and probably just going to forget you even made them after a month?

I'm going with the fairly typical resolution of losing some weight, but I doubt I actually will. Oh, and I want to do more art because there are people I've been noticing in my school who are my age or a little older who are so much better than me that I don't know how they can be so good in the first place, and that's motivating me to try harder to get better.

So I guess in short, mine are to lose weight and get better at art.

Begin my primary comic project and work on it at a schedule of one page/week.
Study more, especially math.
Work harder at improving my backgrounds/overall art techniques.
Begin my secondary comic project sometime around March.
Develop basic self-control for turning off my devices.
Eat less sweets/walk more.
Pay more attention to my kitty and give her more love. :>

There's quite a few... XD But most of them are stuff that I want to do and will enjoy doing, and what I won't enjoy should benefit me in the long run.

Truthfully, I've accomplished last year's resolution pretty well (stop swearing). I've been able to go months and months without dropping the F or S bomb once.

This year... I don't really have one yet. Maybe something will come to mind soon.

1) Don't die, that's one of the more difficult ones.
2) I like Emolga's resolution from last year owo I'll try not to swear.
3) Be a better person
4) Learn how to cook

My resolution for this year was to read 100 books. I am currently at 94. xD I was ahead but then ORAS came out... ^^;

I think I can still make it though haha.

I'm not sure what I should do next year... Maybe learn to make a quilt or play the piano more or write a story...

Losing weight is always on my list. I have dropped a fair bit of pounds in the past years, but I still have a ways to go. However, I think I'll rephrase it this year and put...

1. Being healthier (eating more veggies, going to the gym, ect)
2. Being more positive and trying to focus more on the good things.
3. Making more friends. This one is probably the hardest one for me, I have social anxiety and am pretty awkward... (and I don't really have much opportunities to either, offline. Oh well, I can try cx)
4. Learning how to sew and/or taking up flower arranging.
5. Learn how to cook more meals and bake more stuff.

And then, I really want to be more helpful to others. Even if just small gestures c:
