Wow, your style is awesome. :D I love how it's consistent throughout the things you draw. The soft colours are really effective too. ^v^ Posting a thread is definitely a good way to get yourself to draw a bit more, because of the support and feedback you will receive. :]

Aw gosh, thank you!! I use PaintToolSAI, with custom brush settings. If you
have SAI I'd be happy to send you my brush settings, if you'd like. c:

I really, really like your Animal Crossing drawings. Especially the first one. I wish I was able to draw in that cartoonish style. It's one of my favorite styles to look at.

I wanted to draw a skitty and I also wanted to try out some textures, so I figured
I'd kill two birds with one stone. c: I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out.

Great job, as always, Wren. The texture is pretty cool. I zoomed right in on it to get a closer look. Really creates a great effect. Also skitty is so darn cute. I love how rounded your style is, mine (when I have time to draw) is very harsh so I appreciate the huge difference!

Lookie who's back! It's Wren again! Good to see you back. The Trapinch looks oddly canine, but at the same time it's pretty adorable. I don't even think Trapinch has a tail but OH WELL, suspension of disbelief xD

Yeah, I know what they're meant to be based on but for some reason I've always seen Trapinch as weird-looking alien dogs (http://elderwoodsy.tumblr.com/post/117676710264/trapinch-are-surprisingly-fun-to-draw-i-know-what) so I tend to interpret them a bit differently than the official art. uvu But hey, that's the fun of drawing fictional critters! haha

It depends, honestly, but generally 2-6 hours for simple stuff like this.

Also that Skitty up there is GORGEOUS! The textures look great and I love its expression, too cute!

Trapinch is definitely my favourite. It looks so fancy. It will totally wear a monocle and a hat once it evolves. Haha.
