Do you guys have any favourite recipes? Any that you'd like to share? I tried making this the other day and it was so yummy:
Vegetarian shepherd's pie! (http://www.jamieshomecookingskills.com/recipe.php?title=vegetarian-shepherd-s-pie-with-cheddar-lentils)
Also have you ever tried cheese and jam together on a sandwich? It's really good. So is peanut butter and honey. :D
Another thing that's awesome is making mini chicken parmigiana's with salsa and cheese on top of chicken nuggets.
Feel free to share your fave recipes and food ideas! :D Is there anything you love to make/eat?!

Most people think a lasagna can only be done with marinara sauce, but it is equally delicious when done with alfredo sauce (add mushrooms and broccoli if you want to mimic chicken alfredo)

My idea of cooking is whatever I can make in the microwave. I'm lazy and hate cooking and hate even more to clean up afterwards.

Usually I wouldnt try cooking anything that takes longer than two minute noodles, or Nachos. Recently I have been experimenting though. Frozen Hash Browns, Chicken nuggest and potato gems! hahaha

Pokemon Trainer Sarah Cheese and jam sandwich, that's a thing!? *stares at fridge* I have those (actually I have too much cheese). My roommates might find me very weird though XD Those mini chicken parms sound really good though O: I definitely have to try that C:
I like cooking but I also like being productive (I don't see cooking as productive since I can make delicious things faster with less of a mess) so I usually don't cook very often XD But my roommate and I did buy some makhani masala sauce mix since we've become addicted to Indian food. We thought we'd try our hands at making some of the delicious stuff on our own at some point, so that'll be an adventure XD
Sometimes on weekends though I like to make breakfast burritos brunch. Scrambled eggs (made with eggs, milk, and lemon pepper seasoning), cut up meat (usually chicken), cheese, and either salsa or ketchup is absolutely delicious <3 I'd make it more often and during the week if I didn't prefer sleeping in before classes XD
As far as non-cooking food goes, I have been addicted to bubble tea for the last year or more. I then thought it might be more cost effective to make my own then to buy it from a the market. So I did and it tastes so much better and so delicious! Taro with blueberry bobas is my favorite I have to say =P

I'm slowly venturing into the world of cooking! I'm getting pretty decent at making veggie fried rice, pizza (so rusty though, geez) and can make simple things like salad, healthy mozza sticks, frozen veggies, grilled cheese and such. I should really return to the healthy cookbook section of the library, check more of them out and PRACTICE! cx
I am a fair bit better at baking, if that merits mention here X3
EDIT: I need to try that veggie Shepard's Pie. Thanks for posting it ^^

I am generally quite lazy with cooking too, mostly because it takes hours to make and seconds to eat. xD But it can be fun, sometimes. I have been doing more lately. Last winter I started making all different kinds of soups with different vegetables. They were really healthy and filling as well. And good for warming you up!
Cheese and jam is really yummy PTGigi! The flavours are just perfect together. You should definitely try it. xD Also cheese and vegemite, but I'm not sure it's available outside Australia. xD Indian food sounds pretty yum! Good luck with it! I really like samosas so I wouldn't mind trying to make those, but i have no idea where to start with spices!
I love baking, Eternity! :D What are your favourite things to make? I made a whole heap of gingerbread for Christmas which was really yum. And I love making apple cake! Have fun with the Shepherd's pie! I am not a vegetarian but it was still one of the best pies I have ever had. xD

Did you know this year marks the 75th anniversary of the famous Nestle Toll House Cookie recipe?
So to celebrate, I made mint chocolate chip cookies using these filled chocolate chips called DelightFulls (don't know if they are available in other parts of the world, but they come in mint, cherry, peanut butter, and butterscotch)

I just made a toasted sandwhich for lunch. Two actually. Ham, Cheese, TOmato sauce. I also put a load of butter on the outside of the sandwhich and salted that before cooking it. Sooooooo gooood....

Pokemon Trainer Sarah: GINGERBREAD! Gingerbread is the best! I tried some gingerbread cookies, but they didn't come out as I had hoped. I usually need to make something once or twice before I get it, sadly.
I like to bake drop cookies (mine come out airy and puffy), bars (made this really awesome chocolate caramel pecan one once!), sponge cake (I can bake other cakes, but I'm paranoid they won't rise properly. same with cupcakes, though I did nail the last batch I made ^^), loaf cake, made a yummy (though a bit crude looking) swiss roll once. I use home made whipped icing, after seeing the calories in icing sugar, I can't bring myself to make real icing cx
I'm a vegetarian; it's always fun to see yummy, meat-free versions of foods I used to like. ^^
