Greetings there fellow trainers, glad to introduce myself. I'm Lady Darkrina but you guys can call me Melody if you also wish as it's what all my friends call me xD

I'm quite a simple person over all, complex things are a little too much for me and I often get stressed quite easily too so I often like taking my time with mostly everything ^^ I'm quite the friendly and jolly type who'll always be around to give a helping hand to friends or to anyone who needs it and I'm always willing to make new friends.

I'm a big Nintendo fan as Pokemon,Super Mario and Legend of Zelda have been games that have served in a big part of my life. My favourite pokemon is Pikachu because I love how cute it is and it's always been one of those pokemon I've used in nearly every pokemon game I've owned so far.

My favourite Mario character is Rosalina because I love how she's always had this mystical feeling to her character and I really love her design and how she's the mother of all Luma. My favourite mario game series has to be Mario Kart, it's also the only kind of racing game I play xD I also have a great love for the Super Smash series too.

I favour Midna from the legend of zelda series because I love her for her sneaky and mischievous characteristics and she's so awesome ^^

I also do have a love for matching colour game puzzles and I am currently playing professor layton and the miracle mask ^^

And so with all that done, I really hope to make good company with you all.

Welcome Melody! :) I am a big Mario Kart fan as well, and it is also the only racing game I play! It's just the most fun to play with friends! I hope to get a WiiU someday so I can play the newest one. :D

Thank you for the warm welcoming Sarah ^^ And oooh that's really nice, glad I'm not the only one then xD What Mario Kart game did you start off with? And who is/are your favour character/s? ^^ And ah I see, well yeah Mario Kart 8 is a bunch of fun as it has quite alot of things to it such as the anti-gravity mode in where you bump into another player or AI to gain a boost so that's always fun. And the best part is going upside down on the track and flying off ramps while doing tricks xD Then there's the DLC stuff for it as well and they've even added a new 200cc to grandprix mode.

I used to borrow the Nintendo64 version from the video store when I was younger. My brothers and I just played the battles against each other though, never really racing. xD Then I bought the Wii version, which is the one I've played the most! I used to use Toad, but I mostly stick with Daisy now! I'm guessing you use Rosalina? :D I tried playing the WiiU version at a friend's house but I was pretty bad at it. xD I hope that was just because I wasn't used to the tracks though. Plus they were using Wii remotes and I've only ever played with the Gamecube controller. I can't use the steering wheel at all. o.o

Pokemon has been among one of my video game loves since Gen 1, and I also love to roleplay, so GCEA was a great fit! I don't know if you roleplay, or if roleplay interests you, but if you do, or if you'd like to start roleplaying, we'd LOVE to have you in the Thunder Yellow version in GCEA Kanto!!

The Legend of Zelda is another love of mine. My first Zelda game was the original A Link to the Past on the SNES. I loved that game so much. Great times and memories.

Ah I see ^^ Me and my sibs never had an N64, but one time we did have an N64 emulator to which we played the very first Smash bros on. Yeah Daisy is quite an awesome character herself, I often use her in Mario Kart 7 since I switch in between the two versions from time to time but yeah I main Rosalina at most and my second most used is Shyguy ^^ third is Roy/Ludwig and fifth is Bowser soon to be Dry Bowser in Mario Kart 8. I also use Yoshi from time to time as well and sometimes Toadette, she was my favourite since mario Kart wii times so I'm really happy they bought her back in 8.

I usually use the classic controllers and it'S what I used to use for Mario Kart Wii as well. Me and my sibs often used the gamecube controllers for playing Super Smash bros Meelee and we still do for Smash4 today.

Speaking of Mario Kart though, I suppose if you wanted to in the future, we could make a little rp together about the mario kart characters being alive and coming out from the game consoles and then they get to explore the real world from their perspectives xD

This is something me and another friend came up with ages ago but since we haven't really used the characters for ages, I guess I could use them again with someone else. ^^

Yeah in all honesty, it took me quite a while to get the hang of Mario Kart 8 as well due to the new tracks and the new mechanics. ^^

Well it still counts xD I can't play Rosalina in Smash4 for a toffee as much as I want to, I just find her quite tricky to play as so I've often opted for characters that I feel suit me best such as Ike,Ganondorf,Kirby, Robin(F) and few others xD

Heh heh ^^ Which version of Mario Kart do you have? and what's your favourite pokemon? ^^

Yeah I've heard of GCEA and was told about it by a few of my friends on here that I recently made ^^ Yep I also love to roleplay quite a lot, especially when I do have ideas. RPing as been quite a big thing in my time, started it in 2009 and continued until now xD I have a ton of characters I've made since then and I often use some of them more than others because I have that many, but I'm always up for making new characters anyway because it's always quite fun c: So yeah I'm in and I'm coming to join.

Yep I've joined up in WAR as well so I'm hoping to enjoy myself considering this is my very first time participating in one of these events, so I'm pretty excited hehe ^^

Wow that's really awesome. I know a few friends who also started with the gen 1 games. I grew up with gen 3 and the first official game that I had was Sapphire, so Hoenn is quite a memorable region for me ^^

Then Leafgreen was the second game I got, so I started off with Kanto second and I really loved it, still have the old cartridge right now actually and I've started over xD just SRing for a shiny mewtwo there.

Oooh nice, Snes games are really fun ^^ I remember giving a try of the ol megaman games on the Nes, died horribly every time though xD And I see ^^ which Mario Kart game did you start off with?

And ah I see, that's quite cool that you started off with a Link to the Past. I started off with Minish cap and I really loved it, good times and good memories for me with that lol

Hoenn was an interesting region, but for whatever reason, it seemed a little bland to me. I really like the remakes, though, so it's giving me a fresh look at Hoenn and helping me enjoy it better. My absolute favorite regions, though, are Kalos and Johto. I really didn't like the Unova games at all. The story was kind of off-putting and somewhat boring to me. Also, I didn't like the designs for a lot of the new pokemon. I have Leafgreen myself, but I haven't touched it in forever, lol.

As for which Mario Kart game I started off with.... the original Super Mario Kart on the SNES, rofl. I -might- have also played Mario Kart 64, but I don't remember. But it was after Kart 64 that I stopped playing the series because I'm kinda horrible at racing games, so it didn't interest me anymore. The new games seem fun I guess, but racing games in general don't interest me much.

I also played a bit of Megaman, but didn't get very far either, haha.
