E3: General Discussion (Non-Pokemon)

This thread is just for general discussion about the E3 event happening this week and also discussion about the games, consoles that different companies have to offer. One rule, please do not discuss Pokemon news in this thread.


So I'll start, what is everyone looking forward to at this E3?

I haven't looked into what E3 will be announcing, so forgive my stupidity.

I am NOT looking forward to any Xbox One news - we all know how horrific it is, so I don't even need to go there.

PS4, however, I am VERY interested in. Not big on the "Share Button", but it all looks good so far.

I've heard a new Smash Bros trailer is gonna be shown on Nintendo Direct tomorrow at 10 AM EST. And then shown at E3. I'm curious, I wanna know! xD

The X-Box Done is going to crash and burn, though I heard there were a lot of exclusives for it. Thankfully for me, none of which I am interested in.

Can't wait for Nintendo and a bit cautious of what Sony's gonna do, but hopeful.

Can't imagine there's anything outside of Nintendo I'm too interested in :/ I'm mad at Ubisoft for the Rayman fiasco (THE IDIOTS), and I don't imagine there'll be Kingdom Hearts news :/ (I'm feeling meh towards the remake)

Its not a remake of KH 1, its a remastered-in-HD version of the first game, with the stuff they included in the Final Mix version that was exclusive to Japan. Trust me, they put a lot of stuff in the Final Mix version that still keeps the story cannon, and actually explains more.

ALSO KH 3 IS IN DEVELOPMENT WOOOOOOOOO.
Also the PS4 does the following:
Supports used games
No online all the time BS
Graphics look astounding on that thing.
Basically everything the Xbox Done is doing, Sony IS NOT doing.

Also Final Fantasy 15 looks AMAZING.

Whoawhoawhoa I missed the new Mirrors Edge teaser.

I saw that as well at the end of Ubisoft's. Nice to see a TC game with a new direction to it.

Okay, so things I squealed at:

1-Pokemon
2-Mario Kart 8 (bending gravity!!!!!!!!!!!)
3-Super Smash Bros Trailer (stahp making Link look so hawt)
4-I didn't think I'd be all that excited, but... KINGDOM HEARTS 3 EYE CANDY *o*

Considering the main excuse Crapcon had for not putting Megaman/Megaman X in a fighting game was because "they didn't belong" and now little Megaman is in SSB?

Really? I could have SWORN that I've read an article about them ready to put Megaman into SSB if Nintendo so much as asked.


Anyways, I'm excited most (after Pokemon Y) for Super Smash Bros. possibly both versions, depending. Definitely getting Wind Waker HD and Bayonetta 2.

Although I haven't played Kingdom Hearts (yet), I was really happy to see KH III as I know people have been waiting for that for a long time. Otherwise, there wasn't much that I wanted from the other systems, but it's been fun watching E3 unfold between Microsoft and Sony. XD

I don't care if PC gaming is becoming more popular than Consoles - I NEED KINGDOM HEARTS.

agreed Seel! I want KH3 lol. Handheld gaming is jsut as popular but as long as I can use a playstation style-esque controller I will play my Assassins creed and KH on pc or console..and my pokemon on handhelds!

As much as I'm dying for KH3... I can't really bring myself to buy a PS4 just for it ^^' I think I might actually prefer handhelds right now--but then again, that's all I have time for lately ^^'

I almost feel the same, only I'm also greatly anticipating FF15, though I'm more interested in KH3.
