Thanks! But it was actually originally made by a new person on PS who basically made the thread, Posted once or twice, And never came back. It was originally called, "What if your avatar met the one above?" and no guidelines besides the title. But people started interacting with avatars that had recently posted or did something related to them. So then I tweaked it and added it to Pokepavillion a while ago and here just today :3
