yea. I got some cards with +1+1 counter effects to buff and some red and green bruisers. I miss my Urza sets. Since they got stolen :(

Ya. I'd suggest getting them at around the September/October time during rotation though. Guys like mayors will likely tank during that time.

You have Variation A, then. :C You won't be able to get an Electirizer unless you change your shop owner. Even then you may not. You just have to find one with Variation C! Watch for Pokemon Breeder Agatha and Parasol Lady Jane. They'll be C. More fossils are in C and D variations than A and B, so it'll take a while. O:

The Electirizer will show up in both games in the Antique Shop, but only if you have Variation C! If you have White 2, you can also get one from the Plasma Frigate. c:
