No stress. Powers havent really been too present in the PXR GCEAs but all I can say is that your character isn't meant to become some superhero. They should be light, and in no way powerful enough to harm people or pokemon. They are heavily restricted. For example, my character Ethan has the ability to manipulate electricity. He cannot generate it, therefore needs a power source (A battery, though they don't contain too much power, so he won't be able to transfer too much. He could use the power grid, but he needs to be close by). He also cannot transfer large amounts of electricity through the air (so no lightning bolts). If he wants to transfer large amounts, it has to be via physical contact.

Basically his power is hugely restricted, so it isn't game breaking. Does that clear it up a little?
