A lot of times when people find news articles they will post them here asking for someone to cover them. You can keep an eye on that and claim stories from there to write about. Feel free to look around for your own content too though. The official Pokemon site is one place you could check.

I have a few things you could do. If you have the time to do something weekly or biweekly, I'm currently looking for someone who can help with the comic features. Every week we feature comics, but currently we don't have anyone who can handle the one shot comics on a weekly basis. There's also the fanfic features that have been discussed. That could be on a weekly or biweekly basis, but either way it can be very time consuming. If you are looking for less regular posts (Which I assume you are given your schedule), there's always a need for just general writers who can help with single articles like news. I'm pretty sure that making posts about merchandise releases was something else that needs to be done.

Well, I suppose 'tough' I can understand. But I do hope they get the gist of a situation before they rush in and take everyone down. So it's not just on a whim. Yeah, except I'm too poor to buy a PS3 and I'm saving for a PS4. xD Xanthe has the same problem, she's got a PS3 as well and I'm like 'darn!". It'd be much better if this whole multi-player thing was interconnected between consoles. So much easier. I guess I'll see how it is once I get into it!

I did read it. So the guy who reported it was just pulling a prank? Seems kinda harsh to me, hope he got what was coming to him. I mean, I understand why the SWAT (and regular police for that matter) need to handle situations like that, but I can't justify them calling others names, or treating them badly. That does not mean doing what's necessary to diffuse the situation, I just mean otherwise - things that are just thrown in for the hell of it. Intimidation is also not always the best method for such situations. Sometimes a distraction or persuasion works just as well. But hey, I'm no SWAT member. xD I can't tell them how to do their job. That's just my opinion.
