Ahahah that's so funny! Nah don't be sorry; it's a really good question. I've asked people what language they think in, if they speak more than one! Yeah, most of them have Australian accents but to me that just means "neutral". When I know someone's voice, I'll often imagine it in theirs (like that classic Morgan Freeman picture) but I think, speak, and read with an Australian accent. xD Just as I imagine you would do all three in an American accent unless you know someone's accent otherwise.
