One thing that I like to do is try to garner interest by approaching individuals with your RP and finding out if they would be interested in participating. This can have two benefits. One, it helps you to understand the feasibility of the RP, and two, it establishes a connection that gets people interested and honored that you thought of them. Of course, being touched by a personal gesture is no assurance of participation, and if you come on too strong, your intended recipient may resent the intrusion, but you do what you have to do to keep your idea alive.

Yes, this site doesn't seem to have a truly dedicated population of RPers, but it does have a strong core, especially when it comes to Digimon there are a few faces eager to join the fray. Like a baby bird first taking flight, it all comes down to a lot of factors, but the best one can do is prepare the RP and nudge it so that it might stand on its own.

Is there anything specific you were looking to have happen with Zeromaru? Just wondering out of curiosity, since I've got another plan for plotting regarding Comatose's character. XD

Good! I'm glad you're on board. Hey, you have no idea. This is just the tip of the iceberg. You and I have tons to work on. The dynamic between Eevee and Valerian. The dynamic between Valerian and the martial-artist-archiver, the dynamic between the government agent and pretty much everyone else. The fact that you like some challenge for your characters to overcome in a boss fight is icing on the already-gratuitous cake!

You like crazy action, you say? Well I say, I think I'm gonna like it here.

I refer to 'my characters' strictly as my PC characters. I generally prefer to have lots of NPCs so in case I wind up alone I have characters to bounce off of anyways, though that eventually gets boring.

There will be much plan between the two of us. I have crazy ideas, and I bet you do too...Just a warning though, I prefer bosses that require a level of power but wit moreso to take down. I like crazy action.

I suggest we team up. I'd rather have someone to bounce off of that isn't an NPC. That, and the dynamic would be a spoiled brat with money to buy your pants stragiht off your body with a slab of meat with all the personality of an actual slab of meat. Which means we will inevitably help each other with the character development, and we'll also have a hilarious time bouncing off one another before that crud happens.

Luce and the leaders have left the area. Molten Onyx are about, but they're merely searching, not fighting.
